设计：IDAFIELD

项目的名称是“莫里”。莫里尊重我们的历史、大自然的生物多样性，以及马铃薯在人类历史长河中发挥的转变作用。该设计从秘鲁的莫里梯田中受到了启发，那里被认为是世界上最早的农业研究中心。在这处古迹上，印加人培育出多种马铃薯，作为他们帝国的食物，并在今天为全球人提供营养。

莫里的同心圆梯田吸引着游客来到马铃薯园的中心。这座用废轮胎和回收玻璃瓶建成的建筑表明了我们建设可持续未来的能力。梯田中茁壮成长的2000 株马铃薯见证了大自然、科学与农业的力量。（尚晋 译）

The name of this Project is Moray. Moray honours our past, nature's biodiversity and the transformative role that the potato has played in the history of humankind. The design was inspired by the Terraces of Moray in Peru, considered the first agricultural research centre in the world. At this ancient site the Incas created potato varieties that fed their empire and today nourish the global population.

Moray's concentric terraces draw the visitor to the heart of the potato. The structure built out of waste tires and recycled glass bottles are a reflection of how we can build a sustainable future. And the 2000 potato plants that thrive at the site are a testament to the power of nature, science and agriculture.
