建筑设计：孙乐/北京城建设计发展集团股份有限公司创作中心

园区以“我家院儿”为主题，反映市民对美好生活的向往。采用四合院与胡同的形式体现本地特色。以筑山、理水、植木、造景等手法，打造园区“八景”。胡同的引入是一次创新，三段胡同回环曲折，形成类似“迷园”的前导空间。胡同起到了“抑景”的作用，置身其中，游客可以通过石雕与木雕的漏窗隐约看到深藏于胡同后的五彩斑斓的园艺世界，给人以较强的探索欲。

The theme of this garden is "Courtyard of My Family", reflecting that people yearn for a better life.Siheyuan and Hutong, the typical Beijing type of residence, were constructed in this garden. Through the methods of mountain-building, water-keeping,tree-planting landscape-making, we create eight scenic spots inside of this garden.

The introduction of Hutong is an innovation.The three sections of zigzagged Hutong form a leading space similar to the "garden maze".Hutongs play a role of "suppression of landscape".Visitors can see the colourful garden hidden behind the Hutongs through the figured windows of stone and wooden carvings, which brings exploration desire.
