词汇量的大小是检验一个学生英语水平的一个重要标志,词汇量大的同学阅读速度就会快,阅读理解能力就会强,而记忆词汇却是学生非常头疼的事情。那么如何通过猜测词义扩大词汇量,是学生学习外语时应该掌握的学习技巧。英语单词的猜词技巧与方法有很多,下面通过练习简要介绍两种常用的方法。
一、通过单词的构词法推测词义。
英语单词词根通过加前缀或者后缀派生出新的词义
