扫描式葡萄糖监测系统在2型糖尿病患者血糖和饮食管理中的应用研究

[摘要] 目的 探討扫描式葡萄糖监测系统对2型糖尿病血糖控制和饮食控制的影响。 方法 选取2018年2~10月就诊的2型糖尿病患者64例,将患者随机分成研究组与对照组,其中研究组32例,采用扫描式葡萄糖监测系统进行血糖监测,对照组32例,采用常规血糖检测仪。在筛选访视和第 3个月随访时收集并完成患者相关资料采集。 结果 研究组血糖波动最大幅度、血糖漂移幅度均值及低血糖发生例次均小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者血糖达标天数高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的血糖自我监测行为得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);3个月随访时,研究组患者的TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 扫描式葡萄糖监测系统可便捷、及时的监测血糖,提高患者血糖自我监测的积极性与参与度,并通过血糖监控结果及时调整饮食结构,是2型糖尿病患者血糖监测和管理的有效手段。

Application of scanning glucose monitoring system in blood glucose and diet management in patients with type 2 diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of scanning glucose monitoring system on blood glucose control and diet control in type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty-four patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated between February 2018 and October 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group. Among them, 32 patients in the study group were monitored by scanning glucose monitoring system and 32 patients in the control group were given conventional blood glucose meters. Patients' data were collected and completed at screening visits and at the 3rd month follow-up. Results The maximum amplitude of blood glucose fluctuation, the mean value of blood glucose fluctuation and the incidence of hypoglycemia were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). The numbers of days with blood glucose level meeting the standard in the study group were more than those in the control group(P<0.05). The self-monitoring behavioral scores were significantly higher than in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). At 3 months follow-up, the TG, TC, HDL-C, and LDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The scanning glucose monitoring system can monitor blood sugar conveniently and timely, improve the enthusiasm and participation of patients to conduct blood glucose self-monitoring, and timely adjust the diet structure through blood glucose monitoring results, which is an effective means for monitoring and managing blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes.
