视译单位之间的衔接

一、基本技巧

①在类意群间加入名词或代词作为连接成分；②明确译出原文的暗含内容作为连接成分

按照依序顺译的原则进行合理断句有时不需要任何连接词就能顺译下来eg.The old man,who was walking slowly along the riverside,looked around and stopped from time to time.那位老人慢慢地沿着河边走，向四处张望，并不时的停下脚步。

但有时使用类译群断句后，在两个类译群之间不加进一个连接成分，整个句子就会很不通畅，听起来也不连贯。

（一）需要增加名词或代词作连接成分的句子

Eg.An old friend came to our univ ersity //to visit us //last night.

笔译：一个老朋友昨天晚上到学校来看望我们。

视译：一个老朋友到学校//来看望我们//这是昨晚的事。

One great benefit of the web is that it allows us move information online that now reside in paper form.

笔译译文：网络的重大优势之一是，它允许我们把现在出现在纸上的信息放在网络上。

视译译文：

断句 译文One great benefit of the web is that网络的重大优势之一是，it allows us move information onli ne它允许我们把信息放在网络上，that now reside in paper form.而这些信息现在是出现在纸上。

（二）介词引导的句子成分

在英语中，我们往往遇到以介词引导的英语短语

Eg.Finally he succeeded//in invent ing the new product//through repeated consultation and experiences.

视译：他终于发明了这一新产品，因为他做了无数次的咨询和试验。

Despite the heavy rain,//they mana ged to arrive at the summer camp //in good time.

视译：虽然天下大雨，但他们还是到达了夏令营地，并且是及时到达。

我的“阅读史”，要从5岁那年开始说起。记得当时我并不认识字，无意中在家里发现了一本破破烂烂的书，那本书已经没了封面，所以我看到它的时候，直接看到了书里的文字以及很多的插图。我当时第一眼就被插图迷住啦，于是开始翻看这本书，书里面神奇的故事仿佛在我面前打开了一扇明亮的窗户，让我看到了窗外有一个奇特、美丽和浪漫的世界。那是文学的世界、童话的世界、书籍的世界。这本书现在也还有很多孩子在看，它就是孙幼军的《小布头奇遇记》。
