Logic of the First Construction Transformation of the Great Project in the New Era by WANG Ye P.5

Since the New Democratic Revolution, the ideological construction has always been the first task of the great project of Party building. The Nineteenth National Congress of the Party creatively develops the theory of Party building, regards political construction as the guidance and the first task of the great project. This transformation is not achieved overnight, and has profound logical implications. From the perspective of theoretical logic, strengthening political construction is the requirement of self-development of Marxist political parties; from the perspective of practical logic, grasping political construction is the key to realizing the “four great” historical missions in the new era; from the perspective of historical logic, paying attention to political construction is the consistent basic requirement of the Communist Party of China.

Operation Practice of CR Express and Two Hypotheses of International and Domestic Institutional Innovation by GAO Dangui P.27

The international institution innovation needs to be promoted by many countries, and its probability of success follows the “multiplication theorem”, which is a kind of “multiplication difficulty”. However, the domestic institution innovation is promoted independently by all parts of the country, and its probability of success follows the “addition theorem”, which is a kind of “addition difficulty”. The Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe International Railway (CR express) has become the backbone of the New Silk Road. As a pioneer, the CR express was successfully operated after overcoming many international institution obstacles. This process also demonstrates that the innovation of the international institution follows the hypothesis of “multiplication difficulty”. Since then, various regions followed Chongqing and established many lines of CR express, which demonstrates the hypothesis of “addition difficulty” of domestic institution innovation.
