全员参与质量管理模式对内分泌科护理质量的影响

[摘要] 目的 探讨全员参与质量管理模式对内分泌科护理质量的影响。方法 该组研究纳入实施全员参与质量管理模式后在该院内分泌科治疗的60例患者,病例资料选取时间从2018年4月—2019年4月;同时将2017年3月—2018年3月期间在该院内分泌科未实施全员参与质量管理模式的60例患者作为实施管理前的参照。评估实施护理管理前后的护理质量检查评分,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果 实施全员参与护理质量管理模式后,内分泌科护理人员的护理质量各项评分均明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后患者的护理满意度明显大于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 在内分泌科实施全员参与质量管理模式有助于提高科室护理质量,同时也可改善护患关系,提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床上进行深入研究和推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of full participation in quality management mode on the quality of endocrinology care. Methods This study included 60 patients who were treated in the endocrinology department of our hospital after participating in the quality management mode. The case data were selected from April 2018 to April 2019. At the same time, from March 2017 to March 2018, during the period, 60 patients who did not participate in the quality management mode in the endocrinology department of the hospital were used as a reference before implementation management. The nursing quality check scores before and after the implementation of nursing management were evaluated, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared. Results After the implementation of the full-member participation in the quality management model, the quality of the nursing quality of the endocrinologists was significantly higher than before the implementation(P<0.05). The patient's nursing satisfaction after implementation was significantly greater than before implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing a full-member participation in the quality management model in the endocrinology department can improve the quality of care in the department. It can also improve the relationship between nurses and patients and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of in-depth research and promotion in clinical practice.

質量是医院管理过程中永不过时的主题,是医院的整体组成部分,对医院的服务质量和整体效益造成直接的影响[1]。随着人们生活水平的提高和现代医学模式的转变,人们对于对护理质量提出了越来越高的要求[2]。内分泌科患者的疾病多较为复杂,临床治愈较为困难,患者承受着巨大的痛苦,因此在护理工作中更应该加强对患者的关爱,为其提供高质量的优质护理服务[3]。护理管理的核心在于护理质量管理,因此不断提高内分泌科护理质量是实现护理质量管理的目标[4]。为提高内分泌科护理质量,充分调动科室护理人员的团队积极性和协作能力,该院将全员参与质量管理模式应用于内分泌科护理管理中,分析应用效果,具体如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
该组研究纳入实施全员参与质量管理模式后在该院内分泌科治疗的60例患者,病例选取时间从2018年4月—2019年4月;同时将2017年3月—2018年3月期间在该院内分泌科未实施全员参与质量管理模式的60例患者作为实施管理前的参照。实施前的60例患者中,男性36例,女性24例,年龄18~72岁,平均年龄(45.45±3.25)岁;实施后的60例患者中,男性35例,女性25例,年龄18~72岁,平均年龄(44.36±3.31)岁。组间基线数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。科室内共有护理人员30名,年龄20~48岁,平均(34.26±2.25)岁;学历:大专以上15名,大专以下15名。
