2.1 JAK2-STAT3信号通路介绍
在大鼠中枢神经系统中,JAK2在胚胎阶段以高水平表达,在生长和成年期其表达逐渐降低,成年期主要分布在大脑皮层,海马,下丘脑和小脑,STAT3的表达在不同时期较为稳定,主要分布在皮层神经元,纹状体神经元,浦肯野细胞及部分小脑颗粒细胞,在JAK家族中,JAK2特异性激活STAT3[12]。
