【Abstract】: Bloom's TAXONOMY could be divided into cognitive, emotional and operating areas, which constitute the education target system. There are six fields of blooms theory, first one is in the field of cognitive education goals, the field of cognitive education goals can be divided into six levels from low to high: know (knowledge) - comprehend (understand) - applications - analysis - comprehensive evaluation. Second, in the field of emotion teaching target, there are five areas. The third field is movement skills.

The first one is the field of cognitive education goals, which concludes six levels: know (knowledge) - comprehend (understand) - applications - analysis - comprehensive evaluation. Know (knowledge) (knowledge) refers to the understanding and memory. This level is related to the concrete or abstract knowledge to identify, in a form, in the form of recalling the concept or phenomenon students know. Here are preliminary direct applications, rather than fully, comprehensive use of knowledge through the analysis.
The effect of Bloom cognitive field theory on college English reading teaching
It is helpful for teachers to understand reading teaching guidance document Blooms goal classification theory and its revision, a new interpretation for our college English reading teaching guidance document which provides a new perspective. The course requirements explicitly pointed out that reading is a kind of mental and existing knowledge to understand the text of cognitive activity, puts forward different requirements on reading level.1) "general reading ability" requirements for the purpose of understanding discourse and mastering reading method.
The higher reading ability requires students can "read English countries mass general theme of the article in the newspaper and the professional English literature, seize the main facts and details about the center of correct understanding of the effect". Therefore, Bloom teaching target classification theory of the division of cognitive level, the corresponding relationship between reading ability also to have certain is a gradual accumulation of spiral structure.
Conclusion:
Reading in certain occasions, so according to certain principles and standards, teachers should make students the freedom to choose to play, to form a judgment of take scientific and reasonable, scientific and sensible means is used to effectively solve the problems they meet in learning life, thus improve their critical thinking ability. Only in this way, teacher can further stimulate students learning motivation on the basis of exploration and criticism, vigorously promote the students' creative thinking ability.
