实时传输潜标及自持式剖面漂流浮标产品化技术研究总结报告

摘 要：实时传输潜标总结分析前期研究技术存在的问题，通过改进通信浮标配置技术，优化通信浮标外形设计，增加抗扭接头，并经过多类别试验，验证了改进措施有效的延长了系留通信缆使用寿命；修订了实时传输潜标标准，固化了生产工艺和技术文件，提高硬件保障条件；自持式剖面漂流浮标总结介绍了研究基础、研究思路和总体方案，并围绕8项研究内容的研究过程和形成的技术文件和生产工艺进行了详细的介绍，针对前期研究和本次产业化研究过程中存在的问题进行了分析，并进行了改进和验证，进一步完善了设备制造工艺与质量管理体系。

Abstract：Summary analysis of the early stage of the research on real-time transmission potential problems existing in the standard technology，through improved communication buoy configuration technology，optimize the communication buoy appearance design，increase the torsional joint，and through multiple category test，verify the improved measures effectively prolong the service life of mooring communication cable；Revised the real-time transmission potential marking standard，curing the production processes and technical documents，improve the hardware security conditions；The article introduces theresearch foundation，and the research mentality and the architecture plan，and has carried on the detailed introduction on eight research contents and the formation of the technical documentation and production technology，in view of the existing research and the industrialization of research problems in the process were analyzed，and the improvement and verification to further improve the equipment，manufacturing process and quality management system.
