选取内容:以PEP五年级上册第一单元为蓝本,同时涉及了小学英语各教材中所含Y字母的高频单词。

设计依据及建议:本设计依据短课时、高频率、多接触英语的教学原则而做短课时设计。本设计涉及了Y字母在词前及词尾的三种发音。Y在词前发/j/较简单,故设计用时为一课时;Y在词尾发/ai/音的拼读设计用时为两课时;Y在词尾发/i/音设计用时为三课时。每个短课时设计建议用时三到五分钟。

教学设计:

短课时教学设计一

1.Hi,kids.I have a picture for you.What is it?Yes,it is“y”.Look at the screen.Can you read it? Yes,yellow,bye,fly,windy,family.

In these words“Yes,yellow”,“y”is pronounced as/j/.

In these words “Bye,fly”,“y”is pronounced as/ai/.

In these words“Windy,family”,“y”is pronounced as/i/.

So there are three kinds of pronunciation. Today we are going to learn“y”is pronounced as/j/.

2.Now look at the screen.Follow me,let’s read.

3.Now let’s say a chant.

When you chant,try to remember“y”is pronounced as/j/when put it in front of a word.

4.Please read the chant after this class.

短课时教学设计二

1.First let’s say the chant.

2.Do you remember how to pronounce“y”,when it is put in front of a word? “y”is pronounced as/j/in the words“yes”and “yellow”.Today we have some new words.Look at the words in the form.

I will read to you.When you listen,try to remember how I read a word.

y-a-m—yam;y-ell-yell;y-u-ck-yuck;

y-u-mmy-yummy;y-ar-dyard.

Please read the words as I read.Practice and show.

3.Can you saysomething with these words?You can add some words to make more meanings.For example:I like yam.The man is yelling.

T:I like your idea.Do you like yam?Good.Most of us like yams.But some people don’t like yams.They hate yams.Look.

4.Now two of you act it out.You can choose Picture 1 or Picture 2.

T:Today I have some words for you.Look at the words in Line 1 and Line 2.What’s the difference between them?

Ask students to talk about it.提醒学生观察Line 2中单词的特点。

2.T:I can read sh-y-shy.Can you read as I read?Ask students to imitate and read:shy—shy;f-l-y-fly;c-r-y-cry;dr-y-dry;s-p-y-spy.Please read the words and try to remember the words.

3.Now let’s check if you can remember the words in line.

4.Please write down what you hear:fly,cry,dry,try,spy.After writing,let them check by themselves.

5.Here comes a boy.(show the boy on PPT).What is his name?Yes.S-p-ite-Spite.Now look at the story,find out the words with “y”.You read the words,I write them on the blackboard, let’s read them together.Now listen to the story and follow it,please read aloud.

After reading,ask students if they believe Spite?Why or why not.Then ask them to practice the story after this class.

短课时教学设计四

1.Ask students to read the story about Spite.

2.T:Now let’s review what we have learned.Show what they have learned before.

Then show the picture of Line 3.T:You can also see“y”in Line 3.Can you read the words in Line 3?Now let’s read together.

3.T:Please compare the words in the three lines.What have you found?Please discuss them in groups.学生汇报时,师讲解Y字母的三种发音。

4.T:Now let’s say a chant.

Mommy,daddy,baby.

That is a family.

A very happy family.

Whatever windy and cloudy,

Mommy,daddy help me.

5.Afterthis class,please read the wordsin the three lines.If you can,try to write them.

短课时教学设计五

1.T:Boys and girls.I have got a picture.There are lots of people in it.Show the picture.What can you see in the picture?The more the better.For example:story,baby...

Then show them the second picture,see how many words can they say.

2.Now let’s share a story.First read by yourself,and try to tell me what the story is about.(本故事来自www.star.fall.com)

3.After reading, ask students to tell what the story is about.Now read again,try to ask:how many people are there in the family,who are they?

4.Now listen and follow,imitate the story.

5.After this class,three of you act the story.One is Tiny,one is mommy and one is daddy.Next class show your play.

短课时教学设计六

1.First ask students to show their play.

2.Boys and girls,I will tell you a story.If you hear a word with “y”,please stand up quickly and say the word as quickly as you can.Now let’s begin.(读时,适时停顿,让学生有时间反应并重复出他们听到的带Y的单词。)

Thisisa beautifullady.She is in a yard.She is not happy.Actually she is crying.Why?Because she is a spy.She can’t see her mommy,daddy and her little baby.She yelled“I miss my family,I want to fly home”.

3.T:You can speak out the words with “y”.Can you write some of the words with“y”?Let’s have a try:Try,family,fly,yellow,happy,yam,windy.

4.Here is a story for you.Please read it after this class.If you meet some words you don’t know, you can guess the meaning with the help of the pictures.Or you can look them up in the net and in the dictionary.
