重庆首批高校大学生赴港交流学习市政府港澳办首次将渝港职业教育交流拓展到高校

5月12日,渝港职业教育高职学生赴港学习启动仪式在重庆第二师范学院举行。来自重庆第二师范学院的32名大学生启程赴香港职业训练局展开为期5天的交流学习。重庆市政府港澳事务办公室副主任刘光术、香港特区政府驻渝联络处主任吴鸿辉、重庆市教委等相关领导人士参加了启动仪式。

参加此次交流学习的学生来自重庆第二师范学院的学前教育和旅游管理两个专业,在香港培训的内容及交流活动主要包括听取学术讲座、参观学前教育设施、观摩酒店及旅游学系专业设施等。

此次活动是由市政府港澳事务办、市教委、香港驻重庆联络处及香港职业训练局共同推动的“渝港职业教育交换生”项目中的一项主要内容,是我市首批大学生赴香港进行职业教育交流学习,旨在推动渝港两地青年学子的学习交流,促进渝港职业教育的交流融合。

香港职业训练局代表郭启兴在接受记者采访时表示,近年来香港非常注重与内地的职教交流,每年都有2-3批共计100多名重庆的学生到香港进行参观交流。2013年香港与重庆的中职学生进行互访交流取得很好的效果,香港的学生们对重庆更加了解,来访的重庆学生将香港的面貌与他们的父母、朋友分享,这也有助于推广香港的城市形象。2014年,这一活动拓展到高校,未来还将进一步扩大参与人数并且计划开展老师的长期交流活动。

郭启兴表示,内地部分大学正从研究型转为应用型教育,重庆第二师范学院便是其中之一。在职业教育方面,香港和内地在语言、教材、教育制度系统等方面都有不同。而渝港互补性强,合作前景广阔,香港教育发达尤其职业教育在全人教育、创意教学、培养学生个性和职业素养方面具有好的经验。渝港两地的师生可以进行交流,并将此作为长期项目来建设和推广在学生培训、教师互派等方面逐步实现由浅入深、由小到大的全方位合作。

香港特区政府驻重庆联络处主任吴鸿辉表示,职业教育的交流有助于搭建港渝两地青年学习、实践和交流的平台,提升学生的专业技能并拓展其视野。港渝将加强教育、人文和文化领域交流。

香港职业训练局(VTC)1982年成立,是香港最具规模的专业教育培训及发展机构。每年为约25万名学生提供职前和在职训练。2012年VTC开始在内地招收大专生,每年数百人报名,录取约100人。

2013年4月5日,香港职业训练局与重庆龙门浩职业中学校签订《渝港职业教育学生交流培训项目合作意向书》。

2013年5月,由重庆市人民政府港澳办公室、重庆市教育委员会、香港特别行政区政府驻重庆联络处、香港职业训练局共同推动的“渝港职业教育交换生”项目在重庆龙门浩职业中学校启动。5月28日,该校首批30名学前教育、数字媒体两大专业学生赴港交流。

2013年11月11日,约30位香港职业训练局学前教育专业师生开始了为期5天的重庆交流学习,当天第二批30名来自重庆市龙门浩职业中学的学生也开始了在香港的交流学习行程。

First batch of Chongqing College Students doing Exchange Study in Hongkong

On May 12, Chongqing-Hong Kong vocational education college students going to study in HongKong launch ceremony was held.32 college students from Chongqing second Teachers College will go to Hong Kong vocational training Council for a 5-day exchange of learning. Liu Guangshu, Deputy Director of Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Offi ce;Wu Honghui, Director of Hong Kong SAR Government's Liaison Office in Chongqing , Director of Chongqing Municipal Education Commission,and other relevant leaders attended the launch ceremony.

Students whose major are pre-school education and tourism management from Chongqing University of Education participate in this exchange study.This training including lectures,visiting pre-school facilities, facilities observation of hotel and tourism professional.

This event is a key element in this project that is sponsored by Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Offi ce of Chongqing government, Chongqing Education Committee, Liaison Office of Hong Kong Affairs in Chongqing and Hong Kong Vocational Training Council to jointly promote "Chongqing-Hong Kong Exchange Students in Vocational Education”. It is also the first batch of college students went to Hong Kong for Exchange study in vocational education,which aimed at promoting exchanges between Chongqing-Hong Kong young students, promoting integration of vocational education between Chongqing and Hong Kong.

Guo Qixing, the representative of Hong Kong Vocational Training Council said, Hong Kong attaches great importance to vocational education exchanges with the Mainland in recent years. In 2013, the exchange of visits between Hong Kong and Chongqing in the vocational college students achieved good results, Hong Kong students are more aware of Chongqing; students from Chongqing also shared their experience with their parents and friends, which will also help promoting Hong Kong's image. In 2014, this activity expanded to colleges and universities, they will plan exchange activities among teachers too.

Education is developed in Hong Kong, in particular with good experience and professionalism in vocational education in holistic education, creative teaching and cultivating students 'personality. Students and teachers of Chongqing and Hong Kong can exchange and have all-round cooperation of complexity as longer-term project to build and promote student training,teacher exchanges.

Wu Honghui, director of the Liaison Office of Hong Kong Affairs Office in Chongqing said, exchanges of vocational education helped to build practice and communication platform for Hong Kong and Chongqing youth, to enhance students ' professional skills and expand their horizons.Hong Kong and Chongqing will strengthen exchanges in the fi eld of education, humanities and culture.
