There is a joke on the Internet that people are divided into three groups: men, women and “tough girl”. According to Urban Dictionary, “tough girl” refers to a girl who is strong-minded, independent, and capable of3 fighting for herself. This term has become broadly used to describe women who are too independent and behave like a man.
