信息工程学院二期(IFI2)设计的重要原则是:
建筑一座个性鲜明、功能灵活的大学校园建筑;
通过在一期与二期工程之间建立基本的交通连接,形成信息工程学院大楼的单一体量;
加强建筑与布林登高地(布林登高地为奥斯陆大学主校区所在地点——译者注)和大学主校区之间的联系;
积极地将高斯塔德溪谷地区(高斯塔德溪谷地区属于奥斯陆市北阿克尔区,集中分布着诸多高等院校与研究机构——译者注)的环境融入项目。
最终形成一座170m长、4~5层高的建筑,其北端包含一座10层高的塔楼。
新建筑的色彩要素取自于布林登高地的周边环境,其建筑形式也力求与高斯塔德溪谷地区现有的周边建筑相协调。我们的建筑材料采用了该地区固有的色彩和表面材质。在两座报告厅的室内外都出现了红砖。楼层地面则采用抛光的混凝土板,与周边校园室外环境中出现的混凝土地面相呼应,它也出现在了朝向池塘和高斯塔德溪流的半圆剧场。主楼梯间的墙面和梯段踏步都采用清水混凝土。所有钢结构的细部都十分简洁,采用黑色哑光饰面。报告厅内部广泛使用黑橡木作为地面、墙面、天花和门扇饰面。室内门扇也使用相同的黑橡木。所有不含特殊结构的吊顶都采取开放形式,并以单一色彩贯穿整个楼层——黑色、银色或白色,具体颜色根据所在楼层的功能决定。地面以上楼层都采用白色的斑点橡胶楼面。□(徐知兰 译)
When designing IFI2 it was important to:
·create a flexible university building with a clearly defined identity.
·establish an Informatics block with functional connections between IFI1 and IFI2.
·reinforce the connection to Blindernplatået and the main University campus.
·actively integrate Gaustadbekkdalen in the project.
This has resulted a 170 meters long 4/5-storey
high building with a 10-storey tower at the north-end.
The character of the new building picks up colours from Blindernplatået, as well as adapting to the existing neighboring buildings in Gaustadbekkdalen. We use materials with inherent color and surface qualities. Red bricks have been used both internally and externally around the two auditoriums. The ground floors are polished concrete to correspond with the concrete surfaces in the outdoor campus areas and in the amphitheatres towards the ponds and Gaustadbekken. Both the walls and stairs in the main stairwells are in exposed concrete. All steel has simple details and is in a matt black finish. Inside the auditoriums blackened oak is used extensively on floors, walls, ceiling and doors. The same blackened oak has been used for internal doors. All general ceilings are open and of one color throughout the floors; black, silver or white, depending on the function of the floor in question. The floors above ground level have white, speckled rubber flooring.□

赵仲贵:一座理性、高效的科研建筑。严肃、又不乏开放,工业化和手工化并存。构成既多样又平衡,通透的底层中和了黑色主体材料带来的沉重,底层突出的红砖体量让紧张的立面得以放松。报告厅外立面的砖墙纹理立即让人想起阿尔托的实验住宅,给建筑带来一点复古意味。
青锋:底层架空容纳大体量的公共空间,上部提供规整的房间单元,这种经典的勒·柯布西耶式布局仍然是大学建筑——为不同规模的教学研究活动提供多样化的场所——最优秀的解决方案。在气质上,现代主义语汇与启蒙理性的血缘关系也使得人们乐于接受一种成熟、朴素,但也坚定、沉着的建筑氛围。砖的细腻与温暖则提醒我们北欧现代主义为人熟知的亲切感。

ZHAO Zhonggui: A rational and efcient institutional project: rigid yet open and industrial simplicity happily coexisting with craftsmanship. The composition is balanced and dynamic. A largely transparent base neutralizes the apparent weight of the dark upper floors and the extruded red brick mass breaks the tension of the facade. The brick pattern on the auditorium's exterior wall is reminiscent of Alvar Aalto's Muuratsalo Experimental House, a nod to the master of Scandinavian modernism.
QING Feng: A large feld of public space on the open ground floor with small units above, this classic Le Corbusierian arrangement is still the most used in the world of university architecture, a world whose priority is to provide diverse spaces for activities of diferent sizes. The kinship between the languages of modernism and enlightenment rationality helps people to accept buildings with this mature, simple, frm and calm architectural tone. The warmth and subtlety of bricks reminds us of the special intimacy northern Europe added to the modernist canon.
