依托文本进行写作

仿写是指在一定的语言环境中,根据语言表达的需要,参照文本所提供的句式、结构进行写作的一种形式。仿写是我们提高写作较为有效的一种手段。

英语课本里收录的课文内容生动活泼,题材丰富多样,涉及知识面广,为我们广大师生所喜爱,正是我们进行模仿写作的好素材。

下面就以NSEFC Moduel 6为仿写素材,谈谈如何就课文文本内容进行仿写。

一、仿写含丰富情感词汇的句子

作者所要表达的情感蕴藏在字里行间,有时为了突出强调其情感,作者在句首运用一目了然告知读者他内心感受的词汇。如:NSEFC Module 6 Unit 5 Reading的文章An Exciting Job,作者运用了unfortunately一词表达了对居民财产损失、家园被毁的痛心、惋惜之情:

Unfortunately, we cannot move their homes out of the way, and many houses have been covered with lava or burned to the ground.

[仿写1]不幸的是,尽管大多数人们的收入大幅度增加了,但仍有许多人过着贫困的生活。

二、仿写运用了修辞手法的句子

运用修辞手法,可以使文字鲜活、具体逼真,能大大增强艺术表现力,扩大语言表达的范围,而且还可以激发读者的想象,给人留下深刻的印象。在NSEFC NSEFC Module 6 Unit 5 Reading中的文章An Exciting Job中,作者为了表达对工作的热爱之情,Sometimes运用了下列句式:

Sometimes working outdoors, sometimes in an office, sometimes using scientific equipment and sometimes meeting local people and tourist, I am never bored.

作者在这一句中巧妙地运用了排比句式:sometimes doing...sometimes doing...sometimes doing...and sometimes doing...来表达自己对工作的热爱之情。

此种修辞手法就是把两个或两个以上的结构大体相同或相似,意思相关,語气一致的短语或句子排列成串,形成一体。

[仿写2]有时与朋友一起聊天,有时在家听音乐,有时上网看书,有时与家人一起旅行,她觉得生活充满乐趣。

三、仿写运用了连接词的句子

连接词在句中担当着理清句子及段落关系的作用,巧妙运用连接词能让语篇看起来思路更清晰、条理更分明。NSFEC Module 6 Unit 4 Reading 中的文章The Earth is Becoming Warming—but does it matter?文中作者为了呈现科学家们对全球变暖的不同态度运用了下列句式:

On the one hand, Dr Foster thinks that any trend in which the temperature increase by 5 degrees would lead to a catastrophe...On the other hand, there are those, like George Hambley, who are opposed to this view and believe that we should not worry about high levels of carbon dioxide in the air.

作者在呈现相反或相矛盾观点时运用了“on the one hand...on the other hand...”,让读者对科学们观点态度一目了然,印象深刻。

人们对学生在校携带手机的看法不尽相同。一方面,有些人认为学生在校携带手机方便与家人联系;另一方面,有些人认为学生在校携带手机会防碍学生学习。

[仿写2]Sometimes chatting with friends,sometimes listening to the music at home, sometimes surfing the Internet to read books and sometimes going on trip with families, she found life much fun.

[仿写3]Different people have different attitudes towards whether students should take mobile phones at school. On the one hand, some people think it can be convenient for students to contact with their families; on the other hand, some think it can bother students study if they take them with.
