乳房癌病人术前的护理

病人：小李，我很害怕，不知该如何面对这样的事实。如果不尽快拿掉乳房，癌细胞浸润后将危及生命，如果切了，那么将如何过正常人的生活，我爱人和同事又将如何来接受这现实，真是太残酷了。

护士：是的，命运常常会捉弄人。可是，比起失去生命，那么切除乳房后所带来的一切困难要容易克服得多。现在最重要的是要安全地活着。及早手术对生命几乎没有多大影响，我想，这点你比我更清楚。

病人：是的，接受手术是肯定的。但一想到手术后将要面对不再健全的躯体，简直不知所措。

护士：我已与您爱人谈过了，他完全同意做乳房切除手术，他希望您能健康地和他共渡一生。关于切除乳房的现实我也向他描述过了，他完全能正确地看待这一现实，并作了充分的思想准备。

病人：是吗？真太谢谢你了。很快我就要做手术了，您能替我办件事吗？

护士：没问题，您尽管吩咐。

病人：替我想办法买一只假乳罩，好吗？我希望手术后就能戴上。

护士：好的，我一定尽力去办，争取等你拆线后给你戴上。

病人：谢谢你，我的好护士。

Interactions

Patient：Miss Li，I am frightened and don’t know how to face this reality.My life will be over if the breast with cancer is not removed as early as possible.If it is excised，on the other hand，how can I live a normal life？How will my husband and my staff look at this situation？It’s so cruel.

Nurse：Yes，fate often makes fun of people.But it is lots easier to overcome the difficulties of losing a breast when compared with the loss of life.The most important thing for you is to live.There will not be much difference on life after the operation.I think you know better than I do about this.

Patient：Yes，it is certain that I’ll have the operation.I just don’t know how to face the fact that I will no longer have a“whole body”after the operation.

Nurse：I have talked with your husband and he is fully consent to the operation.He hopes that you could live with him the rest of your lives in health.I have also told him about the reality of breast excision and he has indicated that he could face this reality and has prepared in his mind.

Patient：Really？Thank you very much indeed.I’ll receive the operation soon.Could you do something for me？

Nurse：Sure.It will be my pleasure.

Patient：Please try to buy apadded bra for me.I hope to wear it soon after the operation.

Nurse：Yes，I’ll do it and try to let you wear it after your stitches are removed.

Patient：Thank you，my good nurse.
