一场味觉盛宴 中国四大菜系大师来烟炫技

2024年11月11日至12日，“大师中国行——四大菜系交流活动”首站在烟台举办。

食为天，味为魂。中国的饮食文化如同一幅绚丽多彩的画卷，承载着千年的历史沉淀和地域风情。参加本次活动的粤菜、川菜、淮扬菜、鲁菜大师们，不仅带来了各地的珍馐美馔，更带来了对美食的无限热爱和对烹饪艺术的不懈追求。交流活动不仅是一场味觉的盛宴，更是一次心灵的交流，一次文化和艺术的碰撞。

From Nov.11 to Nov.12， 2004， the Journey of Masters in China for the Exchanges of Four Cuisines made its first show in Yantai.

Food is of primary importance and flavors constitute its essence. China’s food culture is like a colorful scroll that embodies the historical sediments of thousands of years and flavors of different regions. Masters of the Guangdong Cuisine， the Sichuan Cuisine， the Huaiyang Cuisine and the Lu Cuisine who participated in this activity not only brought delicacies from different places but also showed their boundless passion for food and incessant pursuit for the art of cookery. Apart from being a feast for tastes， this exchange activity was more of the communication of hearts and the interaction of culture and art.
