2024年度济南市产业教授（导师）聘任仪式举行

10月16日，2024年度济南市产业教授（导师）聘任仪式举行，100名高层次专家人才受聘济南市首批产业教授（导师）。

活动现场，中共济南市委组织部负责同志宣读2024年度济南市产业教授（导师）人选名单。山东大学、济南大学、齐鲁工业大学（山东省科学院）、山东建筑大学、山东中医药大学、山东师范大学、山东财经大学、山东第一医科大学、山东交通学院9所接收高校与产业教授（导师）代表签订协议。济南市及驻济高校领导共同为产业教授（导师）代表颁发聘书。

会议指出，开展产业教授（导师）选聘工作，是济南市深入实施人才强省会战略，促进人才链、教育链、产业链、创新链深度融合的创新举措。本次选聘的100名人才，都是长期活跃在生产科研一线的优秀专家，在相关领域造诣较高、业绩突出。大家要在产业教授（导师）的岗位上认真履职尽责、大胆施展才干。

会议要求，各聘任高校、各派出单位要做好对接，加强管理，做好服务保障，为产业教授（导师）顺利开展工作创造良好条件。济南市委人才办要会同相关单位，认真落实各项支持政策，及时协调解决实际问题，为校企合作深入开展保驾护航。

On October 16， the 2024 Appointment Ceremony for Jinan’s Industry Professors （Mentors） took place， during which 100 high-caliber experts and talents were appointed as the inaugural cohort of Jinan Industry Professors （Mentors）.

At the ceremony， a senior official from the Organization Department of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee announced the list of appointees for the 2024 Jinan Industry Professors （Mentors）. Subsequently， nine hosting universities entered into agreements with the representatives of the newly appointed Industry Professors （Mentors）.

The meeting highlighted that the selection and appointment of industry professors （mentors） represents an innovative approach by Jinan City to reinforce its talent-driven provincial capital strategy. This initiative aims to foster the deep integration of the talent chain， educational chain， industrial chain， and innovation chain. The 100 individuals selected for this program are distinguished experts with extensive experience in production and research， renowned for their significant contributions and exceptional achievements in their respective fields. They are expected to diligently fulfill their responsibilities and confidently showcase their expertise in their roles as industry professors （mentors）.
