济南市召开驻济省属高校座谈会

On September 25， a symposium was held for provincial colleges and universities in Jinan. At the symposium， Liu Qiang emphasized that the universities in Jinan are a significant asset for the city’s economic and social development. On this new starting point， he hopes that universities will further deepen their cooperation with the city to better support Jinan’s innovation-driven development， enhance overall productivity， improve the quality and effectiveness of local technology transfer， and promote green， low-carbon， and high-quality development in the provincial capital. In addition， he stressed the significance of attracting and cultivating high-level talent， facilitating administrative exchanges， encouraging more university graduates to remain in Jinan for employment and entrepreneurship， and strengthening vocational education partnerships to enhance educational quality. Lastly， he called for joint efforts between universities and the city to maintain safety and stability.

9月25日，驻济省属高校座谈会召开。中共山东省委常委、济南市委书记刘强出席并讲话，济南市人大常委会主任韩金峰、市政协主席雷杰出席，山东大学党委书记任友群，省委教育工委常务副书记，山东省教育厅党组书记、厅长李明出席并讲话，中共济南市委副书记杨峰主持。

座谈会上，刘强对省教育厅和驻济高校对济南经济社会发展的支持表示感谢。他说，在深入学习贯彻全国教育大会精神之际，召开这次驻济省属高校座谈会意义重大。大家座谈时提出的意见和建议，对于高水平推动校地合作发展很有帮助，济南市将认真梳理，清单化、台账化、工程化推进解决。驻济高校是济南经济社会发展的重要资源财富。新的起点上，希望广大高校进一步深化校地合作，更好助力济南创新驱动发展，提升全要素生产力，提高科技成果就地转化质效，推动省会绿色低碳高质量发展；加强高水平人才引育，做好干部挂职和人才交流，促进更多大学毕业生留济就业创业、扎根济南发展；强化职业教育合作，提升办学质量和水平；校地携手，共同守牢安全稳定底线。

李明指出，中共济南市委、市政府始终把驻济高校作为宝贵财富，对高校发展给予了倾力支持，推动形成了校地双向奔赴、合作共赢的良好格局。大学因城市而兴，城市因大学而盛，驻济高校和济南市是血脉相连、共生共荣的命运共同体。希望驻济高校发挥高校集聚效应，加强校际合作、资源互补、互促共进，强化有组织人才引育、科技创新、服务发展，助力济南打造高层次人才高地，实现高水平创新发展，积蓄高质量发展动能，更好服务强省会建设，不断开创校地融合发展、互惠互利、共荣共赢新局面，共同为奋力谱写中国式现代化山东篇章作出新的更大贡献。
