作为山东省的省会，济南不仅是政治经济中心，更是非遗文化的聚集地。这里不仅有享誉海外的“泉城”美誉，更孕育了如鲁绣、济南皮影戏、章丘铁锅制作技艺等一系列国家级、省级非遗项目。济南市政府高度重视非物质文化遗产的保护与传承工作，通过设立专项基金、建立非遗传承基地、举办非遗技艺培训班等多种措施，为非遗传承人提供了良好的创作环境和展示平台。同时，积极利用现代科技手段，如数字化记录、虚拟现实体验等，让非遗文化以更加生动、直观的方式走进大众视野，激发了年轻人对传统文化的兴趣与热爱。

2010年10月，首届中国非物质文化遗产博览会在济南盛大开幕，标志着这一国家级文化盛事的正式启航。随后的几届，除了第二届移师山东台儿庄外，第三至第七届均在济南成功举办，每一届都围绕着特定的主题，如“非遗走进现代生活”“活态传承、活力再现”等，通过专题板块的设置，让观众近距离感受到非遗的魅力，促进了非遗文化的创造性转化与创新性发展。

今年是中华人民共和国成立75周年，也是中国加入联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》20周年，第八届中国非遗博览会以“保护传承 守正创新”为主题，即将在济南拉开帷幕。本次博览会不仅是对过去20年中国非遗保护成果的集中展示，更是对未来非遗传承与发展方向的一次深度探讨。预计将有更多创新性的非遗项目亮相，通过展览、论坛、互动体验等多种形式，全方位展现非遗项目的独特魅力和文化品位，进一步推动非遗文化的活态传承与可持续发展。

As an important part of Chinese civilization， the living cultural relics not only carry deep historical memories， but also crystallize the wisdom and creativity of the Chinese nation. Jinan， a cultural city with a long history， has become an important stage for the exhibition and promotion of intangible cultural heritage， owing to its distinctive geographical locale and rich cultural foundation. Since 2010， the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo has flourished in this vibrant land， presenting a cultural feast for the world.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 20th anniversary of China’s accession to the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. The 8th China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo， themed “Protection and Inheritance， Upholding Fundamental Principles and Breaking New Ground，” will kick off in Jinan. The expo serves as a comprehensive showcase of the milestones achieved in the preservation of China’s intangible heritage over the past two decades and as a profound deliberation on the trajectory of its future conservation and evolution. Anticipated to feature an array of innovative intangible cultural projects， the event will employ exhibitions， symposiums， and interactive experiences to present the distinctive allure and cultural sophistication of these heritages in a multidimensional manner， thereby fostering the dynamic transmission and sustainable growth of intangible cultural heritage.
