Liaocheng is located at the juncture of Hebei， Shandong and Henan， adjacent to the provincial capital Jinan. On the 8，628 square kilometers of land， 6.5 million industrious and sagacious people have been writing the stories of Liaocheng with their hands as a pen， and carrying on the millennia-old context.
