If you’re happy and you know it, celebrate it on the International Day of Happiness on March 20th! And if you’re not happy, here are some ways to make you happy.

如果你知道自己很快乐,那就在3月20日的国际幸福日庆祝吧!如果你不快乐,这里有一些方法让你快乐起来。

Smile

When you’re happy, you smile. But believe it or not, when you smile, it also makes you happy. Practice smiling even when you don’t feel like it.

Exercise

Exercise isn’t just good for your body; it’s also good for your mind. It doesn’t matter what kind of exercise you do, as long as you do it regularly. Try going for a long walk, dancing in your bedroom, or running with your dog.

If you’re feeling down, spending time outdoors is always a good idea. A simple walk in the park, visiting a nearby town, or even taking your lunch break outside can work wonders.

如果你情绪低落,到户外活动总是个好主意。在公园散步,参观附近的小镇,甚至在外面吃顿午饭都可能带来意想不到的效果。

Do what you love

做你喜欢的事

When it comes to being happy, you can surround yourself with things and people that make you feel good. For example, if you love dancing, then just do that!

说到快乐,你可以使周围的人和事让你感觉舒服。例如,如果你喜欢跳舞,那就去跳吧!
