国家强制性标准《聚乙烯吹塑农用地面覆盖薄膜》(GB13735-2017)于2018年5月1日起正式实施,新标准提高了地膜厚度,增加了拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,从源头保障了地膜的可回收性。应加强对地膜生产企业的监管,严格按照国家标准生产地膜,推进高标准加厚地膜的应用。同时要严格打击秦州区农资市场上存在的不符合标准的地膜,杜绝非标准地膜在秦州区生产、销售和使用。此外新地膜标准的实施,延长了地膜使用时间,增加了地膜的可回收性,应强化对一膜两年用等延期利用技术的推广,减少地膜投入量。
