刚柔并济的“孩子王”

26岁的曹光洋是淄博市沂源县第四实验幼儿园的一名幼教老师。在从事幼教工作的两年多时间里,这名90后大男孩既用母爱般的细腻柔情无微不至地关爱孩子,又用父爱般的坚强感染教育孩子,被大家亲切地称为幼儿园里刚柔并济的“孩子王”。
6年前,曹光洋拿到学前教育专业的录取通知书时,耳边充斥着亲友不理解的声音。在大家的刻板印象中,好男儿应该志在四方,而不是在幼儿园里哄孩子。这些声音也曾一度让曹光洋对自己的选择产生质疑。
2021年一次偶然的机会,曹光洋读到一篇关于中国幼教事业的文章,其中提到男性角色对孩子的成长起着至关重要的作用,在幼儿园里更应该有男教师的参与。这篇文章让曹光洋更加坚定了自己的选择。大学毕业后,曹光洋毅然选择了报考幼儿教师岗位,带着家人的不理解和部分幼儿家长的不信任开始了他的幼教生涯。
2021年10月,一个平静的早晨,曹光洋的内心却并不平静。因为,他的第一批学生即将到来。然而分离的焦虑让第一天上幼儿园的孩子们感到不安,“找妈妈”“找奶奶”,此起彼伏的哭喊声令曹光洋感到了幼儿教师的不易。看到前辈教师将哭泣的孩子抱在怀中,轻轻拍打后背的同时又加以安慰,曹光洋以同样的方法尝试着做了起来。作为男生,刚开始曹光洋还是有点不习惯,但看到哭泣的孩子们,他还是伸出手臂,一个一个地拥抱安抚,孩子们的情绪也有了很大好转。
此后,曹光洋跟着班里的前辈教师从细节着手,慢慢学会了给孩子喂饭、穿衣服,教孩子们洗手,甚至还学会了梳头发、扎小辫。每当午休结束,看到一些女孩的头发和小辫变得蓬松凌乱时,他都耐心地帮她们一一梳理好。同时,曹光洋还带着孩子们做武术操、打水枪、滚轮胎、搭帐篷、踢足球,用男子汉的坚强勇敢感召孩子。每当有孩子摔倒或者遇到做不好的游戏时,他都鼓励他们要坚强面对。
渐渐地,曹光洋受到了幼儿园孩子的喜爱、老师的认可,许多家长也都愿意让孩子入园到他的班。关于未来,曹光洋希望能发挥自身优势带给孩子们不一样的童年,让孩子们健康成长是他觉得最有價值和最幸福的事。

“King of Kids” Coupling Strength and Gentleness
26-year-old Cao Guangyang is a male preschool teacher at Yiyuan No. 4 Experimental Kindergarten, Zibo. Over the past two years of preschool education, this post-90s young man has not only cared for children with motherly tenderness, but also influenced and educated them with fatherly adamancy. Thus, he is affectionately known as the “King of Kids” coupling strength and gentleness in the kindergarten.
In 2021, Cao Guangyang read an article about China’s preschool education by chance. The article has mentioned that males play a vital role in children’s growth, and kindergartens need male teachers. This article brought Cao Guangyang confidence in insisting on his choice. After graduation from university, he resolutely chose to register for the kindergarten teacher examination, and started his preschool career regardless of being not supported by his family and distrusted by some children’s parents.
Following his senior colleagues to start with details, Cao Guangyang gradually learned to help children wash hands, feed them, teach them to use the toilet, help them get dressed, and mastered hair braiding. In addition, he led chil- dren to do wushu exercises, play water pistols, launch a tire-rolling game, pitch a tent, and play football, inspiring children with manly strength and bravery. Whenever any children fell or met a difficult game, he encouraged them to face up to difficulties.
Gradually, the kids and teachers of the kindergarten have accepted and taken to him. Cao Guangyang hopes to give play to his advantages to bring children a different childhood, enable them to grow up healthily, and run joyously in their colorful childhood, which may be his most rewarding work and happiest thing.
