This is a heartwarming incident I read on the Internet. A netizen came acrossa boy who was limping on the street and carrying a paper basket to sell papertowels, looking very difficult to move. To make matters worse, the paper towelsin his backpack fell out because they were too full. At that moment, the boyseemed a little confused. It was difficult for him to pick up the dropped tissue, andthe passing pupils saw this and helped him pick up the tissue.
I thought that this was the end of the matter, but it was unexpected that theprimary school students were not far away to discuss how to help the boy. Aftera while, they approached cautiously, asked tentatively for the price, and thenoffered to buy tissues with the money they had collected. The whole process wasnot mocked, nor pointed at, and even in order to protect the boys self-esteem,they put on a play. One of them pretended to have a stomachache and had to hurryto buy tissues. Because they understand that good help is not charity but respect.
What kind and thoughtful children they are!
