文明乡风提振美丽乡村“精气神”

“100多年来,华侨们吃苦耐劳,顽强打拼,成就了不同的事业,他们洋装在身,但心系祖国,回报桑梓……”在侨史暨卜庄营展览馆,讲解员为小朋友们讲解着每一张图片的历史,孩子们认真地听着卜庄爱国华侨艰苦创业的故事以及峡山水库卜庄营的风采,感受着卜庄深厚的历史文化底蕴。
讲好“侨”文化、展现“侨”历史、传承“侨”精神,卜庄镇立足群众精神文化需求,整合“侨”资源,将侨史暨卜庄营展览馆、侨乡乡创工坊、“五大功”工商业世家、中共胶北特委旧址、西海军分局后方医院旧址、大陆村史馆等紧密联系在一起,同时依托睦和广场、乐活广场、任家社区新時代文明实践所等场所,举办“侨乡杯”象棋邀请赛、广场舞大赛、主题文艺汇演等文化活动,开设草编、布老虎、土陶等特色科目研习室,传承非遗文化,弘扬中华文明,让更多文化成果惠及人民群众。
走进卜庄镇南任村,平坦整洁的道路直通家家户户,红瓦白墙的民居巍然挺立,绿树红花相映成趣如诗似画,“原先脏乱臭,现在美如画,以前这边都是大土墙,有的墙都裂了,现在村里不仅给补了墙还画上各种图案,比以前看着美观多了!”村民们高兴之情溢于言表,一幅幅图文并茂的墙绘让单一乏味的陈旧围墙变身成一道道亮丽的风景线。
“我们村是远近闻名的‘象棋村’,我们结合象棋元素用通俗易懂、内容丰富的墙上绘画,美化了村容村貌,还将社会主义核心价值观、民族团结、美德健康生活方式等内容展现在老百姓面前,融美化、教育于一体。”南任村党支部书记、村主任任铁清说。
卜庄镇充分整合各村空白、老旧农家外墙,用富有卜庄本地特色的书画,按照“一墙一文化,一墙一特色,一墙一风景”的原则进行墙体彩绘,将乡村文化墙作为传播文明的载体、教育村民的阵地、美化村庄的装饰,既给美丽乡村建设增添了别样的色彩,又在潜移默化中滋润了培育文明乡风的土壤。
“这里的书很多,环境也很好,爸妈出去干活了我就和小伙伴们一起来这里看书!”“家里的书我都看完了,这里的书不仅种类多,我还能经常来看,不用去书店了。”在卜庄镇大陆村农家书屋,孩子们正在津津有味地看着书。
该书屋占地90平方米,藏书涵盖自然农业、种植养殖、少儿文艺等16类3000余册,能够满足不同阅读群体的需求,不仅常态化开展“新时代乡村阅读季”、“小手拉大手 书香飘万家”少年儿童阅读实践、《如此生活》心得交流分享等群众喜闻乐见的阅读活动,还有村新时代文明实践站志愿服务队成员担任辅导员、宣讲员,充分调动群众阅读积极性,丰富活跃基层群众文化生活。
卜庄镇不仅全镇95个行政村已实现农家书屋全覆盖,还积极探索农家书屋延伸服务,结合新时代文明实践活动,采用“农家书屋+”模式,围绕暑期课堂、红色文化教育、家风家教等主题,组织开展书画展、讲座、演讲等内容丰富、形式多样的公益活动,让农家书屋真正地“活起来”,形成了先进领读、老少同读、村民共读的良好局面,不断提升群众阅读兴趣和文明素养,提升群众的精气神。
Taking the construction of so- cialist cultural and ethics as a starting point, Buzhuang Town in Changyi City has been actively promoting the construction of beautiful countryside and rural public culture in recent years. As a result, the spiritual outlook of farmers has b e e n c o m p r e h e n s i v e l y i m p r o v e d , civilized rural lifestyles, good family traditions, and simple folk customs h a v e b e e n d e v e l o p e d , w h i c h h a s driven the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture, rural progress, and farmers’ development, and people’s increased sense of accomplishment, happiness, security.
B u z h u a n g T o w n n o t o n l y h a s achieved the full coverage of rural book houses in 95 administrative villages, but it is also actively exploring the extension services of rural book houses. Adopting the “Rural Book House Plus” model, in combination with the new-era civilized practices, it organizes rich and diverse public welfare activities such as calligraphy and painting exhibitions, lectures, and speeches around such themes as summer classrooms, red culture education, and family tradition and education. In this way, the rural book houses are made truly “alive” to form good phenomena of the advanced leading the reading, the young and old reading together, and villagers reading the same book, thus enhancing the reading interest, cultural literacy and spiritual life of the masses.
