绿色低碳看烟台

仙境烟台，天蓝海碧，只此青绿。

向“绿”而行，绿色“种子”已根植于这座城市的基因。8月28日—30日，2023绿色低碳高质量发展大会将在烟台举行，这是一个以绿色低碳高质量发展为主题的国际性盛会。

烟台，由此进入了“绿色低碳”时间。

綠，是生命的原色，是活力的象征，绿水青山就是金山银山。烟台是一个有品质的城市，更是绿意盎然的城市。自2017-2022年，烟台地区生产总值年均增速5.8%，增幅全省第一；与此同时，烟台单位GDP二氧化碳排放量下降43%，降幅全省第一。在全国低碳城市试点中期评估中，烟台得分位列全国第三名。

烟台群山环抱层峦叠翠，全市森林覆盖率达36.3%，居山东省首位。长岛、栖霞入选国家第三批“绿水青山就是金山银山”实践创新基地，昆嵛山国家自然保护区赤松林入选“中国最美森林”。

烟台山水萦绕海河相连，120多条河流似“绿丝带”般蜿蜒灵动、汇聚入海。水清岸绿，河畅景美，一条条“美丽河湖”已成为烟台人的“幸福之源”。

蓝的天，蓝的海，“烟台蓝”是烟台引以为豪的城市名片。在烟台，“蓝天白云、繁星闪烁”的天数年均达300天以上。

2022年，烟台全市空气质量综合指数改善幅度全省第一，优良天数比例达到88.8%。

如今，“最佳中国魅力城市”、“国家园林城市”、“国家森林城市”、“全国绿化模范城市”、“全国水生态文明城市”……一个个“绿色桂冠”，是烟台绿色低碳高质量发展最生动的注脚。

行走在仙境海岸，抬头可见“烟台蓝”，环顾满目“怡人绿”，处处是岱青海蓝、山清水秀的生态美景。烟台，正用“绿色低碳”重墨摹画城市发展底色。

Green is the primary color of life and a symbol of vitality. Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver. Yantai is a quality city as well as a green city. From 2017 to 2022， the average annual growth rate of Yantais GDP was 5.8% and the carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP decreased by 43%， both of which are the highest in Shandong. In the mid-term assessment of national low-carbon pilot cities， Yantai ranked third in the country in terms of scores.

Surrounded by green mountains， Yantai has a forest coverage rate of 36.3%， ranking first in Shandong. Changdao Island and Qixia have been selected as the third batch of Chinas practical innovation bases of“Clear Waters and Green Mountains”， and the red pine forest in Kunyu Mountain National Nature Reserve has been selected as the “Most Beautiful Forest in China”.
