Abstract:In the process of the CPC’s exploration of the modernization of national governance, as an important clue, social organization governance has always been embedded in it. If we observe the governance process in China’s social organization field from a holistic and procedural perspective, we can find that the impetus or resistance to the development of social organizations comes from institutional environment. In addition, the concept, policy system and mechanisms of national governance in different historical periods shaped the growth process of social organizations, making them show differentiated stage characteristics. At present, the governance of social organizations has initially formed a relatively systematic and complete policy system related to the registration and management, internal governance, activity guidelines, supervision and management of social organizations. After entering the new era, as the main object of the government’s purchase services, social organizations have obtained stable and sustainable institutional incentives and resource supply, and become an important subject in the pattern of co-governance. In the face of the great changes that have not occurred in a hundred years, the future direction is to give full play to the key role of social organizations and build a resilient society.

Abstract:“Transit metropolis” is an important carrier for implementing the priority development strategy of public transport, an effective way to manage traffic congestion, an important starting point for changing the urban traffic development model, and a specific action to ensure and improve people’s livelihood in China. After more than ten years of transit metropolis development, although some achievements have been made, the main contradictions of travel demand and supply, public transport and land use, public and private transport, transit metropolis construction and management are still prominent, and unable to adapt to the development requirements of the new era. Therefore, it is urgent to change the development mode of transit metropolis, and actively explore the transformation and development of transit metropolis under the guidance of social governance ideas. This paper clarifies the principles and goals of the transformation of transit metropolis construction from the perspective of social governance, to realize the transformation from facility construction to service supply, from single-governance to multi-governance, and from focusing on urban development to focusing on people’s development. This paper proposes specific ways to achieve it, including innovating the system and mechanism, implementing the new requirements of the “four modernizations”, giving full play to the synergy of industry associations, building a Multi-mode-Multi-level public transport system, and managing the last mile of public transport in urban and rural communities.

YANG Dong, LIANG Wei-liang

Abstract:The essence of the Metaverse is the digital-twin space based on the blockchain world, the process of virtualization and digitization of the real world, and the extension of connotation and extension of the digital world. It is impossible for the economic system of Metaverse to operate freely, so it must interact with the real economy, where the value anchoring function of NFT plays an important role. In order to realize the function of NFT, criminal law risk, financial risk and intellectual property risk in NFT application should be avoided. In terms of regulatory supply, the “Regchain” guides the design of NFT regulatory framework. Specifically, attention should be paid to the supervision of NFT trading platform to deliver the supervision effect, and the definition of NFT should be clarified to guide the market to abide by rationality. Finally, the legal attributes of NFT should be clarified, and the de-financialization of NFT market should be taken as the bottom line of supervision.

Abstract:Marx scientifically revealed the essence of wage and its movement in the capitalist market economy based on the practice of social and economic development in the era of free competition capitalism. At the same time, in his wage theory, Marx also found the general law of wage movement in the condition of market economy, that is, the law of labor-force value. The theoretical connotation of the law of labor-force value is that the wage is determined by the value of labor-force, and fluctuates around the value of labor-force under the influence of labor supply and demand and labor-capital competition. Taking this as the basic principle and combining with the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we can sum up the law of wage movement in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. Different from the manifestation of the law of labor-force value in capitalist market economy, the connotation of the law of wage movement in socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is reflected in the following three aspects: first, people’s “life needs” determine the value of labor force; second, the “industrial reserve army” formed by labor supply and demand will not become the absolute lever to depress wages; third, China’s basic social system ensures that the positive labor-capital relationship can be realized. Under the joint action of these three factors, wages will show a basic trend of fluctuation around the labor-force value. On the background of people’s pursuit of a better life in the new era, it is undoubtedly of great theoretical guidance and practical significance to clarify the law of wage movement in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics for finding the right way to improve the wage income of laborers.

Abstract:The transmission of carbon cost to electricity price has important research value, has important guiding significance for carbon pricing mechanism and power market reform, and will also become a new domestic research hotspot. This paper explains the theoretical implications of carbon cost pass-through from two aspects of the problem itself and the research paradigms. On the one hand, on the basis of summarizing the main research results in the field of carbon cost pass-through, this paper reviews in detail the emergence and theoretical origin of the problem of carbon cost pass-through, and focuses on the problem of carbon cost pass-through in the power industry; on the other hand, it combs and summarizes the empirical research paradigm of carbon cost pass-through from three aspects of definition, research methods and research perspective, so as to clarify the problems and misunderstandings in previous research. This paper attempts to provide a complete system to systematically understand its theoretical basis and research paradigms for the research of carbon cost pass-through, and provide guidance and reference for relevant domestic research in the future.

Abstract:Mythological restatement in the contemporary literary creation not only deconstructs the form and space of national history and culture, but also generates strong national emotion and strength in the complicated cultural background and literary tradition, excavates the aesthetic feeling and value of literature in the new era from the historical truth and literary imagination, reviews on the reflection of the deep national thinking and presents various forms of modernity, and reconsiders and imagines the original culture in the stranded journey of traditional culture. The cultural gene contained in the core of the mythology carries human’s memory of history, country and nation, and is a reflection and consciousness in the history of human spirit and culture.
