Chinese path to modernization not only includes rich historical dialectics, but also contains profound internal systematic dialectics.To understand its unique and complex significance, we should not only take the historical development law and development path theory of historical materialism as the guidance, but also take the modern social theory of Marxism as the research method.Marx’s modern social theory implies profound thought of systematic dialectics.From the perspective of historical development path theory, the significance of Chinese path to modernization lies in that it is the largest transformation of social structure in human history and the most complex and unique path to socialist modernization with unity of multi-stage social and historical overlapping and leapfrog development.From the perspective of systematic dialectics, the exploration course of revolution and construction ways and the process of sustainable development of Chinese path to modernization can be described as a transformation process from systematic contradiction dialectics to systematic coordinated development dialectics.By reflecting on the limitations of the systematic approach of Western social modernization theories, the social modernization drive of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era has formed a dialectics of development that is unified by the consciousness of historical goals by stages and the construction of comprehensive and balanced organic system.To accurately grasp the spiritual essence of Marx’s social systematic dialectics and the new development experience of its sinicization is conducive to deepening our understanding of the pioneering and dominant significance of Chinese path to social modernization.

LiSao(On Encountering Trouble)is a representative work of Qu Yuan.For more than 2,000 years, there have been great controversies in academic circles over the writing time, title, sections and theme ofLiSao.The title ofLiSao, one of Qu Yuan’s earliest works, means “the sadness of separation”, namely “the sorrow of parting”.In the past, some scholars tried to divideLiSaointo sections, but it may not be suitable for segmented interpretation.The theme ofLiSaois just in its title of “the sorrow of parting”.

Admiration-Authentication-Compliment:ExemplarProblemsinChineseEpistemologyof“Practice”

Chinese philosophy emphasizes that “Tao is achieved by practice”, thus forming a kind of knowledge theory of “practice” which focuses on moral practice.Zagzebski’s exemplarist virtue theory describes that people acquire moral knowledge by exemplars, which is compatible with Chinese theory of knowledge.However, Zagzebski bases his theory on the emotion of admiration, but he is unable to further explain the basis of admiration, which would be in danger of falling into social constructivism and moral hollowness.Confucianism, on the other hand, establishes the highest value principle with the “heaven” of human nature as the model of admiration and ensures the standardization of moral education.What makes an exemplar an exemplar, or whether it is worthy of admiration or not, depends on authentication.Positive authentication is presented as a compliment to the inner virtue and external expression of the exemplar.The epistemology of “practice” is closely related to ethics and aesthetics, through the compliment based on metaphorical language, the values of goodness, gentleman’s demeanor and realm of the saint are more vividly understood by actors and more widely spread, thus promoting the construction of public order and good morals.

In the post-pandemic era, the global economic and financial landscape will undergo many trend changes.From the post-war Bretton Woods system to the Jamaica system, all were built on a dollar-centric basis.With the continuous weakening of US dollar status and American national power, the stability of the dollar-based international financial system will continue to decline while the euro, RMB and other multiple international currencies will have more space for development.The restructuring of global economic and financial powers will interweave with international trade, industrial chain restructuring and digital technology revolution, creating profound changes unseen in a century.In this context, relying on a complete industrial chain system, huge market size and net wealth, China needs to accelerate reform of its financial market, establish an offshore and onshore interconnected RMB financial market with controllable capital flows and continue to promote the internationalization of RMB while at the same time promoting the transformation of wealth management mode to realize the global allocation of capital and better serve the growth of the real economy.

Rural revitalization is a major strategy that bears on the overall and historical task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.It should serve and obey the overall interests of China’s modernization.The strategy of rural revitalization at different stages has its different logic, so we should size up rural revitalization from a historical perspective and follow the historical law.In the course of rural vitalization, we should avoid linear, static and one-sided thinking.The key to defining the strategic nature of rural revitalization is to make clear that it has different strategic priorities in different stages.The lack of differentiation between different stages of rural revitalization is one of the problems existing in the current practice of rural revitalization by local governments.There are common practice errors in the strategy of local rural revitalization.

After the “turn” of Heidegger’s thought, “language” went from being a marginal topic to a core topic, which was endowed with two meanings,“common language” and “primitive language”.To rediscover the “primitive language” or find access to it, Heidegger went back to the beginning of Western thought and “listened” to an ancient “sagen” from the “fragments of texts” in ancient Greece.In his early days, Heidegger mainly analyzed “metaphysical history” and used an “expressive(verbal)strategy” to “show” the actual life situation.In the later period, Heidegger made a breakthrough from “the truth of being” into “language generation”, emphasizing the identity of masking/unmasking and its “duality” movement.He pointed out that philosophy is a unique way of language writing, that is, “integration of poetry and thinking”.In listening to the “correspondence” of “poetry” and “thinking” to the origin of existence, the “language” as words of existence is generated.This “language” silently aggregates everything, and it speaks and reveals itself, which both clearly and covertly “shows” the world.In Heidegger’s view, there is a direct blood relationship of language between German and Greek; in order to really “get into the speech of the language”, he carefully forged a mysterious and poetic German, making it return to a more primitive possibility and awakening people to face up to, listen to and respond to the existence.
