浅谈提高学生英语写作能力的几种途径

英语写作是英语学习的重要部分，也是高考的必考点。要让学生写出一篇优美的文章，不仅要保证单词拼写正确，语法结构正确，高级词汇运用恰当，还要保证文章主题明确，层次清楚，符合英语写作习惯。这种能力不是一朝一夕就能培养的，教师可以通过以下途径逐步提高学生的写作能力。

一、引导学生多读优秀范文

英语范文是学生写作最好的模板，教师要经常让学生读范文。比如多读书信类应用文，了解书信的正确格式;多读记叙文，知道记叙文的六大要素。对于不同体裁的文章，只有通过多读，学生才能学习到这类文章的写作方法。

二、引导学生多分析优秀范文

教师要经常和学生一起分析范文，让学生弄清楚这些范文的好处。比如运用了哪些高级句式，主题是怎样表达出来的，段落排列顺序是否合理，段落是否有主题句，范文内容的表述上是否有连贯性和凝聚力，是否注意到文章的逻辑顺序，是否运用分类、比较、对比等方法。这些是写好说明文、记叙文、议论文的重要方面，是写作的关键。

三、引导学生抄写优秀范文

通过抄写优秀范文，学生可以注意到写作的一些形式和方法， 同时还能注意到写作的基本要求。如：（1） Rules for punctuation;（2） Rules for capitalization ;（3） Rules for spelling;（4） Rules for format.如果是一封书信， 必须具备以下几点：（1） Heading ;（2） Inside ad- dress ;（3） Salutation;（4） The body of the letter ;（5） The complimentary closing;（6） Signature.教师要指导学生正确使用这些基本格式，学生在写作的时候不重视这些书写方法和形式，所以容易出错。（1）Write the title in the middle of the first line of the paper.（2） Skip a line before the sentence.（3）Indent for each new para- graph.因此抄写范文这个过程是写作训练的重要过程。

四、引导学生重写范文

重写范文的时候，每次要把焦点放在某个特定的问题上。如：

1.Question-answer方法。根据范文，教师提出有针对性的问题，让学生把不同的表达方式写出来，可以采用一句多译的形式，然后把这些句子拼在一起，加上恰当的过渡词自然而然成为一篇文章。

2.Fill in the blank方法。把范文中的重要的单词， 如：content words和 function words抹掉，然后让学生重新填写。这能让学生掌握文章内容和语法构造。

3.Substitution。把范文中的特定的部分替换成其它的。如：（a） Rewrite the passage， but change A young man to A young lady in sentence 2.（b） Rewrite the pas- sage， but change A young man to Two young men in sentence 2.（c） Rewrite the passage， but change morning to Yesterday morning in sentence 2.这样人称、时间的变化使学生注意到动词的变化，从而正确掌握语法知识。

4.Transformation。教师可以让学生作句子变形的练习，但要保持意义不变。

方法一：把肯定句变为否定。如Everything is pos- sible可以表达成 Nothing is impossible. I agree with you 可以转换成I can’tagree with you any more等。

方法二：把简单句改成复合句。如： Different stu- dents have different ideas.可以表达成含有同位语从句的句子 There is no doubt that different students have different ideas.还比如 Last Friday ，our class held a de- bate.可以表达成含有强调句和定语从句的 It was last Friday that our class held an English debate whose topic was...

方法三：把主动句改成被动句。如 our class held a debate可以表达成a debate was held in our class.

方法四：采用一句多译法。如要表达“既然你对中国文学感兴趣，这个活动非常值得你参与”时，可采用以下四种不同的方式：（1）Since you are interested in Chinese culture， this activity is well worth participate in.（2）Since you are interested in Chinese culture， this activity is well worthy to be participated in.（3）Since you  are  interested  in  Chinese  culture，  this  activity  is well worthy of being participated in.（4）Since you are interested in Chinese culture， it is well worthwhile par- ticipating in/to participate  in this activity.

方法五：将几个简单句合并为长的复合句：如，I am one of your customers. I bought your coat from your website several days ago. I am writing to you to com- plain about its quality.可以把它们整合成 I am one of your customer，who bought your coat from your web- site several days ago. The reason why I am writing thisletter to you is that I would like to complain about its quality.

五、引導学生背诵优秀范文

通过反复的背诵，学生在之后的同类型写作时，可效仿范文中的相关表达，完善自己的文章，从而达到取得高分的效果。

六、引导学生模仿优秀范文写作

在学生熟练掌握某一类范文的条件下，可以布置类似的题目让学生仿写。高中每个学期学十个单元， 有十篇左右的范文，有十次的写作机会，可以布置给学生练笔。

相信通过上述六种训练方法能有效提高学生的写作能力。
