强化研究生科研创新能力培养的实践与探索

摘 要：针对研究生科研创新能力缺乏的现状问题，查阅相关文献，总结并分析了当前各大高校研究生培养模式和教学方法改革现状和趋势。以现状分析为基础，本文提出了以学校为基础、导师为引导、充分发挥研究生主体作用的三者联动式研究生创新能力培养理念，以适应新时代的创新人才培养要求。根据新的培养理念，对相关的具体培养机制与方法进行了初步地实践与探索。本文的研究将对我校研究生培养具有实践指导作用，同时为其他各大高校研究生培养提供参考。

Practice and Exploration for Improving the Scientific Research

and Innovation Ability of Postgraduate Students

Abstract：Due to the lack of innovation ability of postgraduate students，the trained modes and educated methods for the postgraduate students in different universities were concluded and analyzed through collecting literatures.Further，based on the current educating modes，a threeaspectslinked educated method for improving the postgraduate innovation ability was developed to adapt the personnel requirements in the new times.In this method，the postgraduate students are treated as the independent entity，and guided by tutors and based on university.Finally，a preliminary practice and exploration were conducted on the specific educating mechanism and methods for postgraduate students based on the new concept.This study would provide practical guidance in the cultivation of postgraduate students in our university and also provide references for other universities.

1 研究生科研創新能力不足问题的提出

习近平总书记指出，科学技术是第一生产力，创新是引领发展的第一动力。面对当前形势严峻的外部环境，为国家培养各行业的创新性人才是我国高等教育的重要责任与使命。其中，研究生教育是高等教育创新性人才培养的最重要组成部分，研究生科研创新能力培养，是决定研究生教育质量的关键所在，也是我国“科教兴国”和“人才强国”战略的根本要求。但是，作为高素质人才典型代表的研究生群体，现阶段仍普遍存在思维发散不开、科研能力偏弱、创新能力不足的问题。具体表现为：科研思路迟迟无法打开，科研方案没有创新点，科研实验进展缓慢，导致学位论文质量及学术成果水平低、创新能力不足的问题。导致以上问题的主要原因有二：其一，学校及团队营造的学术氛围不足，研究生导师培养方式不合理，没有根据研究生的个性有针对性地进行引导，因材施教;其二，研究生自身不够努力，没有正确认识研究生教育与本科教育的不同，没有做出相应的研究生三年规划，不能抵制形形色色的诱惑。因此，针对以上的问题，各高等院校如何根据自身情况强化研究生的科研创新能力培养仍有待研究。
