王毅会见老挝外长沙伦赛

2021年6月8日，國务委员兼外长王毅在重庆会见来华工作访问的老挝外长沙伦赛。

王毅表示，今年是中国共产党成立100周年，也是中老建交60周年暨中老友好年。回顾两党两国交往史，双方志同道合、守望相助，传统友谊不断升华，互利合作日益深化，堪称命运共同体建设的真实写照。面对百年变局和世纪疫情，中方愿与老方一道，深入落实两党两国最高领导人重要共识，发扬传统友好，巩固互信合作，推动中老命运共同体建设不断走向深入，为两国人民带来更多福祉，为地区和平稳定注入更多正能量。

王毅表示，老挝新一届党政领导集体施政以来，内外工作顺利开局，疫情防控和经济社会发展有序推进，中方表示衷心祝贺。中方坚定支持老方落实十一大决议，推进革新开放事业，愿同老方一道把握好社会主义方向，深化治国理政经验交流，共同提高执政能力水平。中方愿继续全力支持老方抗疫，提供疫苗等物资援助，助力老方提升公共卫生能力，直至最终战胜疫情。

王毅表示，双方要进一步加强发展战略对接，发挥好中老经济走廊的旗舰作用，在疫情常态化形势下打造新的增长点。中方愿同老方分享中国国内市场开放带来的机遇，进口更多老挝优势农产品。首批老挝肉牛已经顺利进入中国市场，实现历史性突破。中方愿继续扩大进口，形成规模化合作。中老铁路是“一带一路”和中老友谊的标志性工程，要共同努力，确保如期竣工，同时抓紧设计沿线开发，充分发挥铁路的综合效应。

王毅表示，中方赞赏老方支持提升中国—东盟关系定位、打造中国—东盟蓝色经济伙伴关系，高度评价老挝担任澜湄共同主席国期间为推动澜湄合作迈上新台阶发挥的重要积极作用，愿同老方落实好领导人会议成果，共促区域疫后经济复苏。

沙伦赛代表老挝人民革命党、政府和人民热烈祝贺中国共产党百年华诞，表示在中国共产党坚强有力领导下，中国取得世所罕见的发展成就，走出适合本国国情的成功道路，为广大发展中国家树立了典范。老挝党和政府深受鼓舞，愿学习借鉴中国经验，助力本国脱贫减贫和可持续发展。老方赞同要珍惜弘扬亚洲价值观。亚洲文明源远流长，我们应当树立文明自信，为人类进步作出亚洲新的贡献。

On June 8， 2021， State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Lao Foreign Minister Saleumxay Kommasith， who pays his working visit to China， in Chongqing.

Wang Yi said that this year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China （CPC）， as well as the 60th anniversary of the establishment of China-Laos diplomatic ties and the Year of China-Laos Friendship. Throughout the history of exchanges between the two parties and two countries， China and Laos have shared the same aspirations and helped each other， elevated the traditional friendship and deepened mutually beneficial cooperation， which is a real reflection of building a community with a shared future. In the face of major changes and a global pandemic unseen in a century， China is willing to work with Laos to fully implement the important consensus reached between the top leaders of the two parties and two countries， carry forward traditional friendship， enhance mutual trust and cooperation， further advance the building of a China-Laos community with a shared future， in order to bring more benefits to the two peoples， and inject more positive energy to regional peace and stability.

Wang Yi said， China extends its heartfelt congratulations to the new party and government leaders of Laos on getting off to a good start in domestic and foreign affairs and advancing virus control and economic and social development in an orderly manner after taking office. China firmly supports Laos in implementing the resolutions adopted at the 11th National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party （LPRP） and pushing forward its renovation and opening-up. China is ready to join hands with Laos to navigate the path of socialist cause， strengthen exchanges of governance experience， and jointly improve governance capacities. China is willing to continue to support Laos in pandemic control， provide various supplies including vaccines， and help Laos improve its public health services to achieve the final victory over the pandemic.

Wang Yi said that both sides need to further enhance the synergy between development strategies， give full play to the flagship project of the China-Laos Economic Corridor， and foster new growth areas amid regular pandemic prevention and control. China is willing to share with Laos the opportunities brought by its opening-up， and import more superior agricultural products from Laos. The first batch of beef cattle of Laos has made historic access to the Chinese market. China stands ready to increase the import from Laos and initiate large-scale cooperation. China and Laos need to make joint efforts on the China-Laos Railway， the symbol of the Belt and Road Cooperation and China-Laos friendship， to ensure its completion on schedule. Meanwhile， the two countries need to draft a plan for development along the railway to fully exert its integrated effects.

Wang Yi said that China appreciates Laos supporting the elevation of China-ASEAN relations and the building of a China-ASEAN partnership on blue economy. China speaks highly of the important and positive role made by Laos in lifting Lancang-Mekong cooperation to a new level when co-chairing the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation. China stands ready to implement the outcomes of the leaders' meeting， and jointly promote post-pandemic economic recovery of the region.

Saleumxay Kommasith， on behalf of the LPRP， and the Lao government and people， extended warm congratulations on the 100th anniversary of the CPC's founding. He said that under the CPC's strong leadership， China has achieved extraordinary development progress， blazed a trail that fits its national conditions， and set an example for developing countries. The LPRP and the Lao government are deeply encouraged and are ready to learn from China's experience to facilitate its poverty eradication and sustainable development. Laos agrees with the idea of cherishing and carrying forward Asian values. The Asian civilization has a long history. We need to develop self-confidence in our civilization and make new Asian contributions for human progress.

Saleumxay Kommasith thanked China for helping his country with pandemic control and economic development. He said that Laos has always been China's close friend and good neighbor. Laos attaches great importance to its relations with China and is ready to advance high-quality Belt and Road Cooperation， deepen all-round exchanges and cooperation， promote the construction of the Laos-China Railway and the Laos-China Economic Corridor， and push forward the building of a Laos-China community with a shared future.
