You can use the words when you lead someone into a place and let him or her step in before you.

Dialogue：

A： Is this Mr. White's office， Linda？

B： Yes， Room 4002. After you， Mr. Taylor.

He's in waiting for you.

A： Thank you very much.

B： You're welcome.

Take your time不用著急，慢慢做

When telling someone to use as much time as he or she needs or not to hurry， you can use the phrase.

Dialogue：

Passenger： Could you please stop at the

flower shop over there？

Driver： For what？

Passenger： I am only going to buy some flowers. It wont be long.

Driver： That's OK. Take your time.
