无级变速器移除从动补偿缸的可行性分析

摘 要:通過对金属带式无级变速器(CVT)中从动带轮动压补偿油缸(补偿缸)的结构、功能和原理进行分析,制定移除补偿缸的评估指标,并通过计算和实际测试等方法,对比补偿缸有与无的区别,为无级变速器设计开发时取舍补偿缸提供一种参考方法。

Feasibility Analysis of Removing the secondary compensator of Continuously Variable Transmission

Abstract:In order to comparing  the differences between CVTs (Continuously Variable Transmission, Pushbelt  style)with compensator and without compensator ,By the ways of study the construction, analysis the function and work principles, make the evaluation index,  calculation and testing,  it provides a references way for CVT design when make decision for secondary pulley compensator.
