摘 要:为了考察学生在BIM教學活动中的实际体验与主观感受,对参加BIM技术应用的学生进行了问卷调查。调查结果表明存在的问题主要有:从实际教学效果来看,BIM指导教师重点培养学生BIM相关软件的操作能力,很少涉及到BIM相关软件与土木工程专业知识的结合,这就使BIM教学远离了项目真实需求;练习对象比较单一,缺乏推广性;学校的BIM实验室软硬件条件满足不了日新月异的BIM应用需要。为此我们提出的建议如下:前置BIM相关软件操作能力的培养;鼓励BIM应用点的多样化,并鼓励创新BIM应用;鼓励学生结合就业选择与其未来就业相关的工程项目;多渠道解决BIM实验室软硬件约束。

Abstract: In order to investigate the actual experience and subjective feelings of students in BIM teaching activities, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students who participated in the application of BIM Technology. The survey results show that the main problems are as follows: from the perspective of teaching effect, the focus is on the cultivation of students' BIM related software operation ability, the BIM related software implementation has not been well combined with professional knowledge, and has not been well combined with the actual project; the practice object is relatively single, lack of popularization; the BIM laboratory software and hardware conditions of the school can not meet the requirements The ever-changing BIM application needs. For this reason, we put forward the following suggestions: to cultivate the operation ability of BIM related software; to encourage the diversification of BIM application points and innovation of BIM application; to encourage students to choose engineering projects related to their future employment combined with employment; to solve the hardware and software constraints of BIM laboratory through multiple channels.
