紡织行业过去几十年的快速发展经历充分印证,行业要发展,设备须先行。

6月12~16日在上海召开的中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会(ITMA ASIA + CITME 2020)既是对“十三五”纺机技术成果的“汇报”,也是对未来五年技术发展的预演业内人士都在期盼展会的早日到来,也希望此次展会能够打开未来纺机未来发展的“盲盒”,在短短五天时间里肩负起带领展商和观众触摸“未来已来,智慧赋能”大势的重担。

我国是纺织大国,2020年年底已基本达成纺织强国目标。过去十几年,中国纺织无论是在规模数量还是在质量发展方面都实现了巨大增长,这些巨大变化的背后与纺纱设备的快速发展密不可分,装备进步夯实了行业发展基础。

“十三五”期间,国内棉纺设备以平均每年400多万锭的环锭纺、30多万头的转杯纺数量供应国内外市场,企业的自主创新能力不断提高。过去五年,棉纺成套设备单机智能化、输送系统自动化水平不断提高、网络技术与装备更深入融合,一批智能化纺纱工厂(生产线)相继投入运行。多个创新项目突破精梳瓶颈,棉精梳机实现了棉卷自动输送、自动换卷、自动生头的全自动功能并批量投放市场;环锭细纱机超长车1824锭细纱机已经实现小批量应用,电子牵伸、电子加捻、单锭检测等功能提高了细纱机的自动化及智能化水平;落纱留头率大幅提高,运行效率、纺纱质量也有了不同程度的提升;托盘式自动络筒机在高效供纱和插管系统方面也取得进展。

随着单机装备智能化、输送系统自动化、网络技术与装备深度融合,一批智能化纺纱工厂(生产线)相继投入运行,其中裕大华项目不仅采用了清梳联、全自动精梳、粗细络联、筒纱自动包装,还采用AGV自动搬运视觉导航技术及智能物流系统,使梳棉至并条、并条至粗纱等工序也实现了自动化和连续化,并实现了部分流程在线监控与信息采集,具有工艺参数优化和自动调整、智能配棉管理、质量追溯、全流程回花(丝)收付、订单实时跟踪等功能,使万锭用工减到15人以下。

可以看出,设备的自动化、连续化、信息化是企业追求的目标,如络筒机、并纱机自动换管装置;细纱管尾纱自动清除设备;新型细络联系统,包括细纱机群及络筒机群,若干组细纱机群之间与络筒机群之间设置主输送轨道,通过主输送轨道将若干支线输送联接在一起。

Behind these tremendous changes are inseparable from the rapid development of spinning equipment. Equipment progress has consolidated the foundation for the development of the industry.

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, domestic cotton spinning equipment with an average of more than 4 million ring spinning spindles and 300,000 spinning rotors was supplied to the domestic and foreign markets each year, enterprises independent innovation ability continues to improve. In the past five years, a number of intelligent yarn spinning factories (production lines) have been put into operation, with the complete set of cotton spinning equipment becoming more intelligent, the automation level of the conveying system increasing, and the integration of network technology and equipment becoming more in-depth. A number of innovative projects have broken through the bottleneck of combing, and the cotton comber has realized the automatic functions of automatic lap conveying, automatic lap change, and automatic spinning up and put them into the market in batches. The 1824 spinning frame has realized the application of small batch, electronic drafting, electronic twisting, single spindle detection and other functions to improve the automation and intelligent level of spinning frame; the doffing rate has been greatly improved, the running efficiency and the spinning quality have also been improved in different degrees. Progress has also been made in efficient yarn feeding and intubation systems for tray automatic winder.

With the intelligentization of stand-alone equipment, the automation of conveying systems, the in-depth integration of network technology and equipment, a number of intelligent spinning factories(production lines) have been put into operation one after another. Among them, the Yudahua project not only adopts chute feed machine, automatic combing, roving-spinning-winding unit and auto pack. It also adopts AGV automatic handling visual navigation technology and intelligent logistics system, so that the processes from carding to drawing, drawing to roving are also automated and continuous, and online monitoring and data collection part of the process are realized, with process parameter optimization and automatic adjustment, intelligent cotton distribution management, quality traceability, and real-time order tracking, etc., reducing the number of workers per 10,000 spindles to less than 15 people.

It can be seen that the automation, continuity, and informationization of equipment are the goals pursued by enterprises, such as automatic bobbin changing devices for winders and double yarn winding frames; automatic yarn removal equipment for yarn tube; new-type spinning-winding unit system comprises groups of spinning frames and groups of winders, the main conveying track is set between the several groups of spinning frames and the groups of winders, through which a number of feeder lines are connected together.

智能化程度更高、用工更少,这是行业未来的发展趋势,也是本届展会的一个亮点。“十三五”期间,纺纱智能化生产示范线线在行业内取得了较大发展,江苏大生、武汉裕大华、山东魏桥等企业在这方面都做了许多探索,并取得了较好的成果。

江苏大生

“为了实现高质量发展,江苏大生一直在推进智能化生产装备的改造提升。目前智能化生产线达到集团纺纱总规模的33%左右,预计到今年年底我们的智慧化工厂项目投产后,智能化纺纱生产线规模将达到60%左右”,大生集团副总经理赵志华表示。在谈到公司实现智能化纺纱生产以后,出现了哪些变化时,他说:“产品质量得到有效提升;产品质量实现了在线监控;车间绩效实现了数据化管理,不管运转操作还是设备维护,每个人所做的事、事情做得怎么样、做事的快慢都能体现,实现了自我管理。”

赵志华介绍,大生的数字化车间设备,很多是和经纬纺机联合开发、定制的,所设计的功能在生产和管理过程中都得到了充分的利用,并且在设备投产后的生产管理过程中,还在不断的开发完善。

武汉裕大华

武汉裕大华10万锭智能纺纱项目以打造全面信息化、数据化、智能化相融合的全流程智能化纺纱示范工厂为目标,从清梳联到粗细络联,通过e系统的全面管控实现整体连续化、智能化;达到万锭用工15人以内,真正实现“无人值守车间”和“无人化工厂”;生产效率提高20%以上,运营成本降低20%以上,产品升级周期缩短30%以上,产品不良品率降低20%以上,单位产值能耗降低10%以上。

山东魏桥

魏桥纺织绿色智能一体化项目,是魏桥纺织股份有限公司加快新旧转换,推动企业转型的重点工程。全部采用当前世界最先进的生产设备,更好的体现了“生产全程自动化”、“控制系统智能化”、“在线监测信息化”、“制造过程绿色化”。

公司购置经纬智能公司的62台JWF1580智能超长1824锭细纱机,于2019年9月全部安装调试达产。运转一年以来,质量好,锭速高,能耗低,用工少,体现出经纬细纱机优良自动化程度和综合性能;生产效率高,适应品种广,纱线品质好,例如:纯棉60支,3根/千锭时断头,锭速可达19000r/min,落纱留头率99.5%以上。

“In order to achieve high-quality development, Jiangsu Dasheng has been promoting the transformation and upgrading of intelligent production equipment. At present, the intelligent production line accounts for about 33 percent of the groups total spinning, and is expected to reach about 60 percent by the end of this year when the smart chemical plant project is put into operation, ” said Zhao Zhihua, deputy general manager of Dasheng Group. When talking about the changes that have taken place since the company moved to smarter spinning, he said, “Product quality has been effectively improved; the product quality can be monitored online; the performance of the workshop has realized data management, no matter the operation or equipment maintenance, what everyone has done, how well they have done, how fast they have done things can be reflected, and selfmanagement has been realized.”

Zhao Zhihua introduced that some Dasheng digital workshop equipment is jointly developed with Jingwei Intelligent Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. The designed functions have been fully utilized in the process of production and management, and the process of production and management after the equipment is put into production, it is still being constantly developed and improved.

From chute feed machine to roving-spinning-winding unit, through the comprehensive control of the E system to achieve the overall continuous, intelligent; the number of employees in 10,000 spindles is less than 15, and the “unattended workshop” and “unmanned chemical factory” are truly realized; production efficiency is increased by more than 20 %, operating costs are reduced by more than 20%, and product upgrade cycle is shortened by more than 30 %, the rate of defective products is reduced by more than 20%, and the energy consumption per unit output value is reduced by more than 10%.

Weiqiao Textile Green and Intelligent Integration Project is a key project of Weiqiao Pioneering Group Co., Ltd. to accelerate the transformation of the old and the new and promote the enterprise transformation. All the worlds most advanced production equipment is adopted, which better reflects the “whole-process automation of production”, “intelligent control system”, “online monitoring information” and “green manufacturing process”.

The company purchased 62 sets of JWF1580 intelligent super length 1824-spindles spinning frame from Jingwei Intelligent Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., and all of them were put into production in September 2019.
