It is a hot day. A Lion is sleeping under a tree. A Mosquito passes by and wants to make fun of the Lion. So he buzzes around the Lions head.

Mosquito： Buzzz ...

Lion： Uh... Who is making all that noise？

Mosquito： Its me. Im Mosquito.

Lion： Mosquito？ Stop bothering me. Go away before I get mad.

Mosquito： I am not afraid of you.

Lion： What？ I am the king of the forest. You are so small.

Mosquito： Maybe Im small， but I can fly fast. Can you？

Lion： I cant fly. But Im the strongest among all the animals！

Mosquito： Catch me then.

The Lion tries to catch the Mosquito， but he fails.

Mosquito： You cant catch me. So I am stronger than you.

Lion： A little insect like you？ Thats nonsense.

Mosquito： Size is not important. You cant catch me. But I can chase you away.

Lion： You？ Chase me away？ Thats impossible.

Mosquito： Do you want to make a bet（打賭）？

Lion： Why not？ But how will you chase me away？

Mosquito： Youll find out.

Lion： OK. Its getting interesting. But if I win， youd better fly away.

Mosquito： Sure. Thats a deal.

Lion： Ill give you five minutes.

Mosquito： Here I go.

The Mosquito bites the Lions nose. But the Lion can t feel anything.

Lion： I didnt feel anything. You cant catch me. Go away and let me sleep.

Mosquito： No way！

This time the Mosquito bites the Lions ears，

back， and head.

Lion： Little Mosquito， its no use. Just give up.

Mosquito： No！ Stay right here. Ill call my friends.

Lion： It still wont work.

Mosquito： Really？ Lets wait and see.

A moment later， the Lion still sleeps under the tree.

Lion： Whats that noise？ Oh my God！ There are so many mosquitos coming at me！

Lion： Ouch， ouch！ Dont sting me. Stop！ Stop！ That hurts.

Mosquito： Keep attacking. Hell give up soon.

Lion： Ouch！ I cant stand it anymore. Stop！

The Lion runs far far away from the mosquitos. The Mosquito looks at the Lion and laughs...He feels so good and he keeps flying around. But he doesn t see a spider web just ahead. The Mosquito is stuck and becomes the Spiders lunch.

Mosquito： （caught by the web） Ouch！ I will die.

The Spider： Always be humble， little Mosquito.
