中央纪委国家监委驻公安部纪检监察组组长孙新阳2020年11月30日同西班牙内政部安全国务秘书拉斐尔通电话。

孙新阳表示，习近平主席2018年访西时与贵国桑切斯首相就深化双边关系取得重要共识。中西执法合作成果丰硕，双方联合打击跨境电信网络诈骗犯罪“长城行动”成为国际执法合作典范。希望双方在反恐、打击涉疫犯罪、“一带一路”安保、追逃等领域加强合作，为两国关系发展保驾护航。

拉斐尔表示，希望双方加强交流合作，推动联合办案，发挥两部年度会晤作用，将西中执法合作提升至更高水平。

Sun stated that President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez reached an important consensus on deepening bilateral ties during his visit to Spain in 2018. China and Spain have yielded fruitful outcomes in law enforcement collaboration. The Great Wall Joint Operation targeting cross-border telecom fraud has set an example for international cooperation. He called for greater synergy in the fields of counter-terrorism， combating pandemic-related crimes， increasing security along the Belt and Road， and pursuing fugitives， thus continuing to safeguard the development of bilateral relations.

Rafael Pérez Ruiz said that both countries should strengthen exchange and cooperation， including joint case-handling and leveraging the annual meetings between the two ministries， taking the China-Spain law enforcement cooperation to a higher level.
