国际约稿背景介绍（Ⅰ）

经与行业国际科技会议积极合作，本刊特邀会上作报告的国际专家撰写原创英文论文，将其翻译成中文刊登，原文作为附文，以期为国际专家和中国粮油工作者之间架起双语阅读的学术交流桥梁。

2019年11月15日-17日，由河南工业大学、河南省农产品加工与贮藏工程学会共同主办的“第二届国际粮油食品科学与技术发展论坛暨第六届河南省农产品加工与贮藏工程学会学术年会”在河南工业大学隆重召开（中国郑州）。本刊 2020年第 4期已中英双语刊登该论坛特约专家荷兰 Agrolab集团Mar Verhoeff资深顾问和土耳其伊斯坦布尔科技大学Derya Kahveci博士的两篇文章。

本期继续刊登该论坛作大会主题报告的第三位特约专家——美国田纳西大学生物系统工程和土壤科学系Douglas G. Hayes教授兼美国《表面活性剂和洗涤剂》（Journal of Surfactants and Detergents）杂志主编，为我刊专门撰写的综述《可持续生产再生资源的表面活性剂》（英文），聚焦表面活性剂在研究和开发方面取得的最新进展，以改善其在整个生命周期的生态可持续性。文章及作者介绍详见本期P31-P48。

Reviews by International Experts（Ⅰ）

Through active cooperation with International Conferences of Grain Science and Technology, the international experts who make the report at the meeting were invited to write original English papers,which were further translated into Chinese and published. The original text is also used as an attachment, we hope this behavior will build a bridge for academic exchange between international experts,Chinese readers and industry workers in the grain and oil fields.

The 2nd International Forum on Science and Technology Development of Grains, Oils and Foodstuffs and the 6th Annual Conference of Henan Agricultural Products Processing and Storage Engineering Society, co-sponsored by Henan University of Technology and Henan Agricultural Products Processing and Storage Engineering Society, were held in Henan University of Technology,Zhengzhou, China, November 15-17, 2019. In the 4th issue of 2020,our journal had published articles in Chinese and English languages by two Forum's contributing experts, Mar Verhoeff, Senior Advisor of the Netherlands Agrolab Group, and Dr. Derya Kahveci, from Istanbul University of Science and Technology, Turkey.

The third contributing expert of the Forum, Douglas G. Hayes, a professor at Department of Bio-systems Engineering and Soil Science at the University of Tennessee, Editor-in Chief ofJournal of Surfactants and DetergentsinUSA, had written an overview for us to publish in this issue, titled "Sustainable Production of Surfactants from Renewable Resources" which will focus on recent advances on research and development of surfactants to improve their ecological sustainability throughout their life cycle.
