川渝两地对外友协签署框架合作协议 协同推进成渝地区双城经济圈建设

7月7日，重慶市对外友协与四川省对外友协在渝举行座谈会，就深化成渝对外友协系统沟通协作、推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设进行交流。重庆市对外友协会长章勇武、四川省对外友协会长洪流出席座谈会并讲话，共同签署《四川省人民对外友好协会与重庆市人民对外友好协会框架合作协议》。

会上，双方分别介绍两地开展对外友好交流经验做法，共同探讨两协会在新时代背景下如何加强联动发展。双方一致同意建立长效合作机制，加强沟通交流和信息分享，加大川渝民间友好交流力度，共同整合两地民间友好资源，共同打造川渝对外友好交流平台，积极开展川渝民间友好交流活动，在推动双城经济圈建设中发挥民间外事资源优势。

On July 7， Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries held a symposium in Chongqing to exchange views on deepening the communication and collaboration between  People's Associations for Friendship with Foreign Countries in Chengdu and Chongqing and promoting the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. Zhang Yongwu， president of Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， and Hong Liu， president of Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， both attended the symposium and made speeches. They jointly signed the Framework Cooperation Agreement between Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.

At the symposium， they respectively introduced their experience and practices in carrying out friendly exchanges with foreign countries and jointly discussed the way for the two associations to strengthen their joint development in the new era. They agreed to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism， to strengthen communication and information sharing， intensify the non-governmental friendly exchanges between Sichuan and Chongqing， jointly integrate resources for friendship between the two places， and jointly build a platform for friendly exchanges between the Sichuan- Chongqing region and foreign countries. They will actively carry out non-governmental friendly exchanges between Sichuan-Chongqing region with foreign countries， so that they can fully tap the role of non-governmental foreign-related resources in promoting the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

Xiang Qionghua， secretary general of Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， and Wang Guangcheng and Lu Jin， second-level inspectors of Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， attended the symposium.
