◎文体概述

建议信是针对某事向收信人提出建议或忠告的信件。 建议信有可能是写给个人的，就遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法和建议；也可能是写给某个组织或机构的，就改进其服务提出建议或忠告。 建议信通常简明扼要、目的明确、具有合理性和说服力。

建议信通常分为三部分：

1. 首段通常介绍自己并说明写信目的；

2. 主体部分提出具体建议；

3. 尾段总结或预测可能的结果，给对方以

行动的信心和决心。
