呼吸内科护理带教应用临床教学法的效果和教学质量分析

[摘要] 目的 探究呼吸内科护理教学活动中应用临床教学法的教学质量以及应用效果。方法 抽取2018年3月—2019年4月于该院呼吸内科实习的护理学生68例作为研究对象,采取随机法分组,分成观察组、对照组两组,每组34例。对照组学生采取常规教学法,观察组学生采取临床教学法,观察护理带教活动实施后患者的护理满意度、护理不良事件发生情况、学生理论基础成绩、学生实际技能成绩、学生的综合能力评分。结果 观察组学生理论基础成绩、实际技能成绩、各项综合能力评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,护理不良事件发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 呼吸内科护理教学活动中应用临床教学法的教学质量显著,患者的护理满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of the Effect and Quality of Clinical Teaching Methods in Nursing Teaching of Respiratory Medicine

[Abstract] Objective To explore the teaching quality and application effect of clinical teaching methods in nursing teaching activities of respiratory medicine. Methods Sixty-eight nursing students who were internship in respiratory medicine in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The students in the control group adopted the conventional teaching method, and the students in the observation group adopted the clinical teaching method to observe the patient's nursing satisfaction, the occurrence of nursing adverse events, the students' theoretical foundation scores, the students' actual skills scores, and the students' comprehensive ability scores after the implementation of the nursing teaching activities. Results The students in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of theoretical basic performance, actual skills, and various comprehensive ability scores, with significant differences(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction than those in the control group, and adverse nursing events occurrence rate was low, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching quality of clinical teaching method in nursing teaching activities of respiratory medicine is remarkable, and the nursing satisfaction of patients is high, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

臨床护理路径(Clinical care pathway)是高效的医疗管理护理措施,可优化护理工作中时间规划,避免医疗护理资源浪费,降低护理服务费用。护理带教活动教学质量的高低会直接影响学生日后护理质量的高低,体现医院的整体护理质量水平。以往传统的教学已无法满足当前对于专业知识与技能的需求,当前更多注重的是对于学生问题解决能力的培养以及综合素质的提升,因此需采取措施提高教学效果[1],促使学生在以后的临床工作中能够更好地上手。为了探究呼吸内科护理教学活动中应用临床教学法的教学质量以及应用效果,该研究抽取2018年3月—2019年4月该院呼吸内科68名学生作为观察、分组研究的对象,现报道如下。
