音乐生物反馈疗法联合艾司唑仑对维持性血液透析患者失眠及血压变异性的影响

【摘要】 目的：研究音樂生物反馈疗法联合艾司唑仑对维持性血液透析患者失眠与血压变异性的影响。方法：选取2018年4月-2019年4月笔者所在医院收治的66例维持性血液透析合并失眠患者，以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各33例。对照组采用艾司唑仑治疗，观察组在对照组基础上增加音乐生物反馈疗法。对比两组治疗前后阿森斯失眠量表评分与血压变异性指标。结果：治疗前两组阿森斯失眠量表评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗6个月后，观察组阿森斯失眠量表评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前两组血压变异性指标（24 h SBPV、24 h DBPV、dDBPV、nSBPV、dSBPV、nDBPV）比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗6个月后，观察组血压变异性指标均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：将音乐生物反馈疗法联合艾司唑仑应用于维持性血液透析合并失眠患者中，可显著提升睡眠质量，减少失眠对患者生活的影响，并能降低血压变异性。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of music biofeedback therapy combined with Estazolam on insomnia and blood pressure variability in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method： A total of 66 patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with insomnia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Estazolam， and the observation group was treated with music biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group. The score of the Athens insomnia scale and indexes of blood pressure variability were compared between the two groups. Result： Before treatment， the score of the Athens insomnia scale was compared between the two groups， and the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. After 6 months of treatment， the score of the Athens insomnia scale in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Before treatment， the indexes of blood pressure variability （24 h SBPV， 24 h DBPV， dDBPV， nSBPV， dSBPV， nDBPV） were compared between the two groups， and the differences were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. After 6 months of treatment， the indexes of blood pressure variability in the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Music biofeedback therapy combined with Estazolam in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis combined with insomnia patients can significantly improve the quality of sleep， reduce the impact of insomnia on patients life， and reduce blood pressure variability..
