重庆脱贫攻坚获评“两好一优”

在国务院扶贫开发领导小组组织开展的全国2019年度脱贫攻坚考核评价中，重庆取得“两好一优”成绩：省级党委和政府扶贫开发工作成效“好”、东西部扶贫协作“好”、财政专项扶贫资金绩效“优”。

Chongqing gets two “Excellents” and one “Good” in the 2019 National Poverty Alleviation Evaluation

In the 2019 National Poverty Alleviation Evaluation organized by the State Council Leading Group of Poverty Alleviation and Development， Chongqing received two “Excellents” and one “Good”： one “Excellent” for the effectiveness of the poverty alleviation and development work of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government， the other for the coordination with eastern region in poverty alleviation and one “good” for the performance of special fiscal fund for poverty alleviation.

川渝跨省市設立联合河长办公室

4月29日，川渝河长制工作联席会议上，川渝河长制联合推进办公室设立，这是全国首个跨省市设立的联合河长办。将统筹协调川渝同步开展河湖治理规划、污染治理、生态修复等各项工作，为成渝地区双城经济圈建设提供良好生态保障。

Sichuan and Chongqing set up Joint River Chief Office

On April 29， at the Sichuan-Chongqing Joint Meeting of River Chief System， the Sichuan-Chongqing Joint Office for the Promotion of River Chief System， the first inter-provincial one in China， was established. The Office will coordinate the work of river&lake management and planning， pollution control， ecological restoration， etc.. in Sichuan and Chongqing， providing a sound ecological environment for the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

川渝两地签署首个人才合作协议

4月21日，四川与重庆签署《成渝地区双城经济圈人才协同发展战略合作框架协议》。这是川渝两地签署的首个人才合作协议，内容包括人才协同发展战略目标、人才协同发展具体举措、人才协同发展保障机制等方面。

Sichuan and Chongqing sign the first talent cooperation agreement

On April 21， Sichuan and Chongqing signed the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation for the Coordinated Development of Talents in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The Agreement， which includes the strategic objectives， specific measures and mechanisms for coordinated development of talents， is the first one signed between Sichuan and Chongqing on talent cooperation.
