行动学习法在妇产科实习护生护理带教中的应用效果研究

[摘要] 目的 探究在妇产科实习护生护理带教中行动学习法的应用效果。方法 选取该院2017年4月—2019年4月期间妇产科實习护生58名作为研究对象,依据不同的护理带教方式作为分组方法,将应用常规带教方式的实习护生作为对照组(29名),而应用行动学习法的实习护生作为观察组(29名)。在带教结束后记录两组理论与实操考核得分,由带教教师对两组学习情况满意度进行评估,并观察两组护理实习期间护理缺陷发生情况。结果 在理论、考核评分与学习情况满意度比较上,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在护理缺陷发生率比较上,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将行动学习法作为妇产科实习护生的护理带教方法,可提高实习护生的知识掌握程度,以促进考核成绩的提升。

Application of Action Learning Method in Nursing Teaching of Nursing Students in Obstetrics and Gynecology

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of action learning method in nursing teaching of nursing students in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 58 cases of obstetrics and gynecology internship students in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research object. Different nursing teaching methods were used as the grouping method, and the training nursing students applying conventional teaching methods were used as the control group (29 cases), and internship nursing students applying action learning method were used as the study group(29 cases). Record the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the two groups after the tutoring. The tutors will evaluate the satisfaction of the two groups and observe the occurrence of nursing defects during the nursing practice in the two groups. Results In the comparison of theory, assessment scores and learning satisfaction, the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, in the comparison of the incidence of nursing defects, the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The action learning method as a nursing teaching method for the obstetrics and gynecology internship nurses can improve the knowledge of the internship nurses and promote the improvement of the assessment results.

妇产科因具有特殊性与隐秘性的特点,在临床诊治中对护理人员有着较高的要求,然而以往的“灌输式”带教方法难以激发实习护生的学习兴趣[1],导致实习护生无法全面掌握相关的护理知识与技能,而行动学习法则是通过提出问题、解决问题的方式展开护理教学,可让实习护生在教学中主动思考、积极讨论[2],进而促进自身护理水平的提升。基于此,该次研究在2017年4月—2019年4月期间29名妇产科实习护生中主要应用行动教学法进行护理带教,现报道如下。
