Abstract: In the traditional era of China, there is a highly mature national governance system, but this highly mature national governance system has been eroded and broken in the social transformation after the Opium War. Under the background of “the introduction of Western learning into the East”, China has embarked on the construction of modern national governance system facing the world and modernization, gradually introduced the constituent elements of modern national governance system, and in the long-term historical process, it has carried out the sinicization transformation of the constituent elements and the structural reconstruction of each other, forming a unique Chinese characteristic that not only adapts to China’s modern national conditions, but also has a unique style in the world. The formation of the national governance system of socialism with Chinese characteristics reflects the inevitability of the development of China’s history for more than 100 years. It not only integrates Marxism, the Communist Party of China, people’s democracy, consultative democracy, the country ruled by law, socialism and other elements, but also integrates the above elements into socialism with Chinese characteristics, carries out the structural generation and combination, and formes a modern national governance system.

StrengthentheConfidenceofSocialistSystemwithChineseCharacteristics

Wu Haibao

(HeilongjiangAcademyofSocialSciences,Harbin150028)

Abstract: System is the foundation of the state, the rule of the society and the basis of governance. Historical development and objective practice show that to stand on its own in the world’s national forest, China must unswervingly give full play to the advantages of the socialist system and follow the path of peaceful development, so that people all over the world can see that China’s development is not a threat but an opportunity, not an alternative but a general way. This is because the confidence of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics contains profound historical logic, while the confidence of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics has a solid foundation. In other words, we have some achievements of institutional civilization in the west, and we also have achievements in institutional civilization that the west does not have. The key to uphold and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics lies in the construction and implementation of the system, so as to maximize the effectiveness of a good system.

AestheticSolutiontotheProblemofModernity
——OnHegel’sAestheticTheory

Wang Xiaosheng

(HuazhongUniversityofScienceandTechnology,DepartmentofPhilosophy,Wuhan430074)

Abstract:According to Baudelaire’s view of modernity, works of art include temporality and transition, which is half of art, and the other half is eternity. Hegel also understands works of art in this sense. The perceptual form of works of art is temporary and transitional, and the idea it expresses is eternal. In Hegel’s view, the defect of modern art lies in that it does not pay attention to perceptual forms, but prefers general rules and principles, and turns to pay attention to the inner emotional conflicts. It shows the inner freedom of subject. Classical art is a perfect art, which combines perceptual form and rational spirit perfectly. In Hegel’s view, although classical art also has defects, this is not unique to classical art, but all arts have, because art can only express absolute ideas in the form of sensibility, and this expression is always insufficient. Nevertheless, art can achieve the reconciliation of sensibility and rationality, spirit and body. This reconciliation is also an important way to solve the problem of modernity.

ResearchonthePresentSituationandCountermeasuresofSocialParticipationoftheElderlyinJapan

Tian Xianglan

(TianjinAcademyofSocialSciences,InstituteofJapan,Tianjin300191)

Abstract: In order to cope with the challenge of population aging and expand the social participation of the elderly, the Japanese government has formulated a series of policies and measures to encourage and support the elderly to use their own experience and knowledge to participate in productive and creative activities in line with their own situation, so as to improve the life value of the elderly. The social participation of the elderly in Japan is generally divided into employment activities and non-employment activities. For those who participate in the society due to economic problems, the main purpose is to increase their employment opportunities; for those who want to maintain health and play their self-worth, the main purpose is to increase their social participation opportunities. The idea of active aging that runs through the Japanese government’s policies, and the practice of transforming the elderly from the former “need to protect and support the object” to “the main body of social participation”, are of great significance for China’s formulation of social participation policies for the elderly.
