18株MV均属于H1a基因亚型;与该型参考株China93-2、China93-4的核苷酸同源性为 98.65%~98.88%,与GenBank登记的Jiangxi.CHN/23.11的MV株在系统进化树上属于同一分支,与其核苷酸同源性99.55%~99.78%,具有高度同源性。与其他亚型 MV 参考株:H1b (China94-7)、H1c(China93-7)、H2(China94-1)、A(Shanghai-191)基因型存在较大的遗传差异,其核苷酸同源性分别为96.56%~96.80%、97.51%~97.74%、92.71%~93.22%、90.88%~91.15%,见表1及图1。
