有机添加物对大哥大红掌不定芽增殖和壮苗及生根的影响

摘要    用大哥大红掌组培苗作为试验材料,在培养基中添加椰汁、苹果汁、水解酪蛋白和酵母提取物,探究不同有机添加物对不定芽增殖、壮苗、生根的影响。结果表明,1/2 MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基添加5%苹果汁为大哥大红掌不定芽增殖适宜培养基,增殖系数达到3.413;1/2 MS培养基添加10%椰子汁为适宜壮苗的培养基;1/2 MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基添加10%苹果汁为适宜生根培养基,生根率达93%,每株苗平均生根4条。

Effects  of  Organic  Additives  on  Adventitious  Bud  Proliferation,Strong  Seedlings  and  Rooting  of

Anthurium  andraeanum  ′Dakote′

Abstract    Using the Anthurium andraeanum ′Dakote′ tissue culture seedlings as the test materials,coconut juice,apple juice,banana juice,hydro-lyzed casein and yeast extract were added to the medium to explore the effects of different organic additives on the adventitious bud proliferation,strong seedlings and rooting. The results showed that the addition of 5% apple juice into the medium of 1/2 MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was an appropriate medium for the adventitious bud proliferation of Anthurium andraeanum ′Dakote′,with the proliferation coefficient reaching 3.413.The add-ition of 10% coconut juice into 1/2 MS medium was the suitable medium for strong seedlings.The addition of 10% apple juice into the medium of 1/2 MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was an appropriate medium for rooting,the rooting rate reached 93%,and the average rooting number of each seedling was 4.

紅掌(Anthurium andraeanum)为天南星科(Araceae)花烛属(Anthurium)多年生附生常绿草本花卉,又名安祖花、火鹤花,原产地为南美洲潮湿的热带雨林地区,后经人工栽培和引种,欧洲、非洲、亚洲等地都已流行。其花朵多样且奇特,有佛焰花序高出叶面,色彩夺目鲜艳,花期较长,具有较高的观赏性,人们对其喜爱程度越来越高,红掌已成为当今名贵的花卉之一。目前,红掌主要通过植物组织培养技术进行繁殖,红掌组培苗的生产前景广、发展潜力大,但红掌品种众多,大部分红掌品种通过组织培养技术繁殖时仍然存在培养周期长、投入成本高、新品种和优良种苗欠缺等问题[1-3],生产环节仍然需要改进。基于此,本文用红掌常规品种——大哥大为材料,对其不定芽增殖、壮苗和生根3个阶段进行了探究,观察不同有机添加物对其组培苗生长的影响,目的是优化其组织培养中培养基的组成成分,研究更快速的繁殖技术,为生产优质红掌种苗及快速繁殖育苗提供参考。
