口腔护理联合饮食干预对口腔溃疡患者的效果分析

【摘要】 目的:分析口腔护理联合饮食干预对口腔溃疡患者的效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2018年2月本院口腔科门诊治疗的110例口腔溃疡患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组采用常规口腔护理措予以干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用饮食干预,干预时间均为2周。比较两组干预效果、疼痛消失时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及恢复进食时间,比较两组干预前后口腔疼痛、躯体及心理健康水平评分。结果:观察组总有效率为89.09%,高于对照组的67.27%(P<0.05);观察组疼痛消失时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及恢复进食时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组口腔疼痛评分均低于干预前,躯体及心理健康水平评分均高于干预前,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔护理联合饮食干预可明显提高口腔溃疡患者临床疗效,促进病情尽快康复,缓解口腔疼痛严重程度和改善患者身心健康。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of oral nursing combined with dietary intervention on patients with oral ulcer.Method:A total of 110 patients with oral ulcer treated in the outpatient department of Stomatology of our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by routine oral nursing measures,while the observation group was intervened by diet on the basis of control group,the intervening time was 2 weeks.The intervention effect,pain disappearance time,healing time of oral ulcer and recovery eating time between two groups were compared,the scores of oral pain,body and mental health before and after intervention between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 89.09%,higher than 67.27% of control group(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time,healing time of oral ulcer and recovery eating time in observation group were less than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of oral pain in both groups were lower than those of before intervention,the scores of physical and mental health were higher than those of before intervention,and observation group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral nursing combined with dietary intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with oral ulcer,promote the recovery of the disease as soon as possible,alleviate the severity of oral pain and improve the physical and mental health of patients.

口腔潰疡是一种浅表性口腔黏膜组织溃疡性疾病,也是发生率较高的口腔疾病,发病部位主要在口舌边缘、嘴唇内侧缘以及脸颊黏膜组织等部位,溃疡大小从米粒大到黄豆大不等,严重者可满布整个口腔黏膜,呈圆形或椭圆形表现[1]。患者进食时可出现剧烈疼痛不适,病情严重者可伴随有颈部淋巴结肿大、急慢性咽炎、恶心、烦躁不安及发热等并发症,对患者生活质量可造成明显的影响[2]。此疾病发病机制尚未研究清楚,多数研究认为与患者自身免疫系统功能、日常饮食习惯之间存在密切的联系[3]。目前临床上主要采取中西药内服外敷方法治疗,虽然短期内能取得较好的治疗效果,但长期效果欠佳,疾病复发率较高,因此在采取针对性治疗、口腔护理的同时还需加强饮食干预[4]。本研究拟分析口腔护理联合饮食干预对口腔溃疡患者的效果。现报道如下。
