日本由于土地面积狭小而人口密度高,城市空间密度也很高。因此,在城市更新方面,通过打造立体城市,将所需的城市功能立体叠加,加以高效动线进行串联的解决办法最为合理有效,这也是日建设计相当擅长的规划设计领域。以带动繁华和人气的商业为中心,配备办公、酒店、住宅、文化、交通枢纽等多种功能。为了将多种功能合理有效地进行配置,需要进行合理的动线规划对立体空隙空间加以巧妙利用,比如涩谷的城市核概念。另外,在立体城市中通过对绿化和公共空间等便利性设施进行立体化合理配置,实现为在高密度环境中工作、生活的人们以及到访者提供舒适的环境。

Due to the narrow land area and high population density, the urban spatial density in Japan is very high. Therefore, in the aspect of urban renewal, the most reasonable and effective solution is to build three-dimensional city, superimpose the required urban functions and connect them in series with high-efficiency traffic flow, which is also the planning and design field that Nikkei Sekkei is quite good at. In order to configure various functions reasonably and effectively, it is necessary to make smart use of the three-dimensional space with rational tra☆c flow planning, such as the city core concept of Shibuya.In addition, through the three-dimensional and rational allocation of convenient facilities such as greening and public space in a three-dimensional city, it can provide a comfortable environment for people working and living in high-density environment and visitors.
